"I know. I think it's sweet. Prince of The Stars. Sounds wonderful doesn't it? But alas our last night together has to come to an end as Marianna is on her way. Probably will be here a bit after lunch, with as pushy and bossy she is." He shook his head and began to pack up. "We should head back and get breakfast."
Marius sighed softly and huddled up a bit more. But I don't want you to go… she doesn't know where this place is. What if we just stayed here? He looked up at Evan, the slightest hint of desperation swirling in his eyes. He hadn't ever really enjoyed anyone's company before and he didn't want to lose that.
"Marius, my Star King to Be. I will ALWAYS be in your company, and I bet your parents do. Or someone does. And she is very strong willed. She'd come riding out here and search for us, and then make me fight off the wolves. She couldn't get rid of me even if she tried. She's in love with me. And while I do HEAVILY dislike her, that is an advantage I have luckily. As long as I am careful." He kisses Marius's cheeks gently. "I will spend many hours educating you and the likes, and I'll never leave your side no matter whose hand in marriage you have."
Marius flushed when Evan kissed him and looked away, fidgeting a bit. But… I don't want you to go… He hesitated before getting to his feet and putting out the fire with a soft sigh. It had been fun, but… his little fantasy was over now, wasn't it? He just had to hope that Evan would be able to return soon, and he fully intended to sulk in his room until that happened.
"I know. But you can't always have everything you ask for. You're growing up, that's a lesson you'll have to learn. I'll make sure to be back before the wedding. And knowing Crystal and Marianna we won't return until tomorrow, if not the day after. So I'm still in the castle for a few days, I just can't sneak off with you like a pair of loving cats all the time. I was allowed to be here alone for Educational Purposes. I should've been living in the library and catching up on the history, making notes and trying to learn a whole places educational and money system in a handful of days. I've gotten rather good at it but well. Then I fell in love. So. I'm prepared for a yelling at from Marianna."
Marius nodded weakly and headed out of the cave, trying not to think at all. He carefully slipped out of the opening of the cave and hoisted himself up onto his pony, which thankfully hadn't been killed by the wolves. So you'll be back soon, then? He asked. it isn't gonna be too long?
"No it won't. And I've still got 2 days before we leave. Don't fret so much about it. I'll be back before you know it." He got on his horse after packing everything up and rode slowly, just at a trot, not wanting to return back quite yet either. He hummed softly as the sun shone on the morning dew. "It sure is beautiful out here."
Okay… Marius followed after Evan on his pony, hanging his head a bit with the brim of his hat tipped over his face. He was obviously upset and pissed off that Evan had to leave, and he was trying his best to hide it.

Evan got off, helped Marius down, and took their horses to the stables. He wanted to avoid Marianna as long as possible so he helped to groom the two horses with the Sheppard,and clean their horseshoes as well. After that he grabbed the items off of the two saddles and returned them to their proper places. This all took about an hour, before Evan finally sat down at the breakfast table and without saying a word, began to eat. Luckily Marianna and Crystal hadn't arrived yet, but they soon would be.

Marius followed Evan everywhere like a lost puppy, really not wanting him to go. His heart was pounding faster and faster as the time drew nearer, but he showed no signs of it other than refusing to eat. He fidgeted a bit with his sleeves and glanced up when he heard the door open.
"Marius eat something please." Evan said in a begging tone as he took a bite out of a cinnamon roll, when he watched the front doors open. "EVAN!" Screamed Lilliana. "Get over here and help carry my bags! NOW!" "Yes your ladyship." "Why are you seated at the royal table next to my future husband!" "Lilianna! I raised you better then that!" Crystal called, smacking her daughter on the head with a fan. "Now darling remember your manners. And Evan, my eldest son. How are you? Enjoying your stay?" Evan stood up after sneaking one last kiss onto Marius's cheek and picking up a large carpet bag. "Indeed I am mother. Me and Marius have gotten along quite well, which is very promising considering the forthcoming marriage." Crystal nodded. "Would you be a dear and save me a cinnamon roll?" Evan nodded and trailed after Lilliana as she stormed in like she owned the place. "Where is your room Evan? We can house together." "Right this way your ladyship." And he disappeared into the maze of hallways of the castle. Crystal nodded. "I will find my room and unload my bags soon enough. Marius, I have brought you gifts. I do apologize for missing your birthday but I was at a very important meeting with the other magical royalties, and then of course came up the talks of balls and well. It took a long time. Nonetheless I will have them brought in once you eat something."

Don't worry yourself too much, ma'am… Marius sighed softly and picked at his food with his fork, resting his head against the knuckles of his free hand. When Crystal ordered him to eat something, he huffed a bit and reluctantly teleported a biscuit into his stomach. After doing so, he pushed his plate away and headed over to his room, where he then locked himself in so he could sulk in peace.
(Sorry I had 2 sleepovers in a row and then my friend last night had a panic attack so I was on the phone till 2 am helping them through it. I'm mentally tired)
"Marius of course I'm going to worry that's my job." She watched him leave and got into a conversation with his parents discussing some aspects of the wedding and the two to-be newly weds. Evan meanwhile was in the constant tow of Marianna. Wherever she went he went too. Though when she found his studies had been lacking he got quite the earful, since of course she is too lazy too bother doing any of the book keeping herself, especially when she finds it so boring. Her shrill voice could be heard from room to room. This woman wouldn't know what an inside voice was to save her life, as Evan showed her around the best he could, before finally leaving the castle once Marianna gave a critical eye of every single room, and he took her out to the gardens which he knew would better suite her tastes.

Marius curled up into a tight ball on his bed, gripping the sheets as he fought back tears. He was furious and upset and generally incredibly frustrated. Evan was leaving for a while and there was nothing he could do about it. He had to marry that horrible woman, whose shrill voice was audible even through his thick walls. He had no control over any of this situation and it pissed him off immensely. And through it all, the one person whose company he enjoyed wasn't there to help him deal with it. He slipped out of bed and started destroying things; punching his walls, burning pillows and papers and tapestries, generally just allowing his volatile magic to radiate off of him…
Marianna after a while requested to be alone in the garden for a while so she could rest, and Evan practically ran back to the castle and pounded on Marius's door. "We have a very small amount of time my prince but I wanted to see if you are okay." He said while panting.
Just a moment, please… Marius was panting softly, tears still stinging the corners of his eyes. He rubbed them away furiously and took a moment to compose himself before opening the door, quivering where he stood before Evan. My apologies… I've made rather a mess of the place, I'm afraid.
Evan picked up Marius and held him, sitting on the bed. "Shhh it's okay. I know it all hurts. You're afraid and I can't be here. I won't be able to slip away like this for a while so. Our time is now even more precious." He kissed away the tears, looking around at the destruction. "Always good to let out your frustrations that's healthy but, just make sure not to tear down the whole castle. Yes?"
Marius buried his face in Evan's shoulder and clung to him for dear life, trying to pretend that he hadn't just been crying. I just… I'm really angry about everything, and I need to break things… I just get so furious all the time and all the magic mixes itself up and I basically just… explode… He glanced around at all the damage he'd done to his room and sighed shakily. I can't do this…
"Shhh I know princey I know." He kissed Marius's cheeks. "You have to find a healthy way to cope before things really go to ruin." He said this softly and nuzzled his neck a bit. "It's okay though. I'm here now. And don't ever be afraid to interrupt me and Marianna's time together. She may get mad but I've had to defuse her bomb many a time before."
Marius clung tighter to Evan and turned his ears back, trembling a bit from the swirling storm of emotions currently within him. Stupid bitch… trying to take you from me… He huffed a bit, the fur on his tail bristling with anger. What does she even need you for? She's just being whiny and demanding and… fuck her, honestly.
"That is no way to talk about Marianna who is to be your life. She is my sister. She is a delight really. She just is…difficult to get along with. And so are you. Do keep in mind people think the same hateful words about you Marius, it's all perception and presentation. And awwww…are you claiming me as yours Marius? Officially? My boyfriend? Whose in love with me? Because if you are I am DEEPLY honored. Oh and on a third note, she needs me because she is lazy and it's good work that keeps me within the family which is good. Though I bet if I spoke with mother, I could become your personal scribe and story teller. I do acting so, maybe another entertainer? Marianna may throw a fit but everyone listens to Crystal no matter what. Which means me and you would have a lot more private time. A personal book keeper for you in the office. I'm just trying to help."
If claiming you is what I must do to keep you around more often, then so be it. Marius huffed and buried his red face in Evan's shoulder. I've… never claimed anyone before, so you'll have to tell me more about it. I'm not familiar with… relationships. He curled his tail around the two of them and shifted around nervously. And… you can talk to your mother if you'd like…
"I'll teach you. It's what I originally was to my younger sister. Her tutor. So that is what I will appose to your parents and my mother. Marianna will still be a hastle but. I will come to that bridge when I must. For now, I do hope I'm helping you calm down." He gently kissed Marius's cheeks and his nose, and pet him softly with a gentle hum. (Evan would make a great dad someday)
"Mmm…" Marius closed his eyes and leaned into Evan's gentle touch, purring weakly. The other being there was definitely helping him to relax somewhat and it was pretty obvious. I'm just sick and tired of all this shit… I want Marianna to leave and I want you to stay and I just wanna forget about all this for a while but I'm not fucking old enough to drink, so…
