Rafael was sat down on the counter, the demon reaching to take his shirt off.
"Don't fight me," The demon said simply. "I'll make it quick."So long as he behaved, nothing too torturous would happen to him.
Rafael was sat down on the counter, the demon reaching to take his shirt off.
"Don't fight me," The demon said simply. "I'll make it quick."So long as he behaved, nothing too torturous would happen to him.
And of course Rafael had no intention of actually doing that. Being almost 50% certain that he was about to be eaten alive or something along those lines that was likely just as terrible, he made it look like he’d admitted defeat, and then very quickly tried to make a run for it.
The demon watched with amusement as Rafael ran. He took a few quick steps, hand going around Rafael's neck. His claw-like fingernails digging into Rafael's skin.
"Now, what did I tell you?" The demon said, tutting a bit.
Rafael let out a strangled gasp, his hands instantly going to his neck as he tried to loosen the demon’s grip on him. To the demon however, Rafael’s attempts were no more than a minor nuisance.
The demon pulled Rafael back, setting him back down on the counter a bit more forcefully.
"Well, I don't see why I can't have a bit of fun with you know."
Rafael shivered involuntarily, trying to move away from the demon even though he knew he’d just be dragged right back. He’d give anything to go back to two weeks ago, where he’d been living an average boring life.
The demon grabbed Rafael by the hair, keeping him pinned to the counter. The human was shirtless now, of course. The demon grabbed a large carving knife, examining it a moment.
"You really shouldn't have done that."
Rafael knew he was shaking now, he couldn’t control it. He was terrified. But he refused to plead for his life, he wouldn’t lower himself to that, not when he knew for sure that he wasn’t going to survive this.
The demon loked down at Rafael a moment, lowering the knife slowly to rest on Rafael's chest. He pushed down, drawing a line from Rafael's collarbone down to his pant line.
Rafael cried out in pain, even though the cut wasn’t super deep (or at least not yet), it still hurt like hell. His hands clenched into shaky fists as he tried to push past the pain, knowing it was only the beginning.
The demon hummed a bit, chuckling softly.
"That hurt?" He asked. "Oh dear, this is going to be fun."
He looked away from the demon, not wanting to fight back anymore, Rafael didn’t want to give him more reasons to hurt him.
The demon moved to press the knife back into Rafael, but the door bell rang. The demon sighed, setting the knife down.
"Coming!"
Rafael wasn’t going to run this time, even if he did run, he wouldn’t be able to make it super far in his weakened state.
The demon left Rafael on the counter, going to open the door. Soon, he came back with the person- Elliot.
"Yes, I'm dealing with tonight's catch now, actually," The demon said, picking the knife up again. Elliot looked down at Rafael, smirking a bit.
The sight of Elliot instantly just made his blood boil. Knowing that he had something to do with all of this. “You!” He tried to stammer out something else, maybe something that’d explain how he knew Elliot in the first place but he was too mad. Instead he settled on, “You bastard!”
The demon looked at Elliot.
"Do you know this man?" Elliot was quiet a moment.
"We've met before, yes." He smirked a bit again. He kept silent for now, not saying a word about Arien and Rafael.
Rafael opened his mouth to explain before remembering that even now, mentioning Arien might put him in danger. Rafael didn’t want Arien to get hurt because of him. So he shut his mouth, staying silent.
The demon shrugged a bit, going back to start his work on Rafael again. Elliot reached out to stop him after a moment.
"He's Arien's." The demon's eyes widened, and he lightly smacked Rafael with the side of the knife.
"Why didn't you say so? Arien's a friend of mine!" The demon shuddered a bit. "Shit, he's gonna kill me for this…"
Rafael rolled his eyes and scowled. “Stupid..” he muttered under his breath to no one in particular.
((We’re still gonna blind him right?))
(Ye, I've got a situation in mind!)
Elliot hit Rafael on the head with the side of his fist.
"Dude… You're the one who said he's Arien's. You really wanna piss him off like that? You know how he can get…" Elliot smirked a bit.
"This human won't do a damn thing about it."
((Great!))
Rafael glared. “Oh yeah? You really think that?” He said, his tone very much indicating that he wouldn’t be taking any more shit.
Elliot narrowed his eyes.
"You know what? Nevermind. Go ahead and eat him." The demon shook his head a bit, backing up.
"I'm not getting involved in this anymore." Elliot scowled a bit, picking the knife up himself.
"Fine, then." The demon left the room, to do who knows what.
Rafael stood from the counter, mentally assessing his wounds. Sure he’d been cut up a bunch, but hopefully none of them were deep enough to cause any problems. He stood his ground, 100% ready to fight Elliot if he needed to.
