Arien tightened his grip on Rafael when he wrapped his arms around Arien in turn, thumb lightly rubbing against his back. He pulled his head away after a bit, not taking near as much as the night before.
"How are you doing?" he asked.
“I’m fine. Though that’s probably as much as I can handle for tonight.” Realizing he was still holding onto Arien, he awkwardly pulled away. “S-sorry that was probably weird.”
Arien blushed slightly.
"N-no, it's okay! It wasn't weird at all." He smiled just a bit, glancing away. Arien pulled away as well, folding his hands in front of him,
“So um…what do we want to go do? It’d be really nice to go outside..” he quickly looked up at the other.
"Well, we can just head out now and figure out where we're going as we walk. It'd be nice to just walk too, if we want." Arien wanted to spend as much time as he could with Rafael.
He nodded. “Sounds fun. Let me just go grab my jacket and then I’m ready to go.” Rafael smiled over at him before leaving the room.
Arien watched Rafael go, his heart fluttering a bit. He himself grabbed a jacket to toss over his clothes, the same one as before. He looked much more like a vampire again, especially when he slipped his mask on.
Rafael re-emerged a few minutes later. “You ready to go now you emo royalty?” He teased, chuckling softly.
((EMO AUTOCORRECTED TO EMOJI HGFGWUIFHEGHIEUGFSI))
(OMG I MISSED IT XD)
Arien giggled a bit.
"Yes, I am. Are you?" He smiled, hesitantly offering a hand to Rafael.
“Yep.” He took Arien’s hand, smiling softly. “Lead the way then.”
((Huhfhufhufvhdfuivbdfguiyv I’m sorry it’s a one liner ewww))
(eee, it's okie, as long as it moved the plot forward XD)
Arien smiled back with a light blush. He turned without a word, the light blush still on his cheeks as he headed out the door.
"It's a nice night tonight," He commented softly, glancing at the human.
He took a deep breath of the fresh air, deeply enjoying it. “It is, isn’t it?” He replied, looking over at Arien. “It’s nice to be back outside.” Rafael hadn’t let go of Arien’s hand, the feeling of having his hand in his just felt so natural and comforting.
Arien nodded in agreeance.
"I always did enjoy going outside…" he smiled faintly, walking right next to Rafael. He didn't let go either, humming softly.
“Where do we want to go? We have plenty of options since it’s only like..8:30ish.” He asked. He had a few ideas but he knew Arien was out more at night than he was for obvious reasons and would maybe know of some places that he hadn’t heard of.
Arien thought, tilting his head a bit.
"I'm not entirely sure…" He chuckled a bit. "There are so many options."
“Well I just figured, you must have some pretty good ideas. I mean this is pretty much the time of day you’re always out in. And you don’t seem like a boring guy who’d just do nothing.”
Arien nodded.
"Well, I really enjoy the park," he admitted. "And the rollerskating rink is open pretty late."
“Hmm…wanna try going rollerskating? I have no guarantees on whether I’ll be good or not though.” He chuckled softly, looking up towards the sky. “And maybe we could go to the park after that?”
"Sounds really good to me!" Arien smiled softly. "And that's okay, I'll be there to catch you if you fall." Arien blushed slightly again when he said this.
“Hmm you sure I won’t just crush you? I am kinda heavy.” He said teasingly, grinning widely.
Arien giggled slightly.
"I'd much rather you fall on me then." He was grinning too, a faint blush on his cheeks.
“Ooh maybe I will then. Or maybe I won’t. It really all depends on how good you are at keeping me company.” He’d almost, almost called it a date.
"Well, then, I'll do everything I can to be he best company you've ever had." Arien was grinning still, bringing Rafael to the skating rink.
"Shall we go inside?" He asked with a happy hum, holding the door for Rafael.
“I like your attitude.” He smiled at the other, stepping inside. “Why thank you.” Was
