"Oh! Well…I like them," Bridge said, blushing a little bit. "Same for me, except it wasn't just my eyes."
"Oh! Well…I like them," Bridge said, blushing a little bit. "Same for me, except it wasn't just my eyes."
A small smile bloomed on Wolf's lips at Bridge's blush again. "I don't know what you're talking about—you're pretty cute."
"Hm - I - what?" Bridge stuttered, looking up at him. "You - you think - I'm - cute?"
His smile grew, his eyes lighting up slightly. "You heard me."
"Oh…okay…wow. No one's ever…just - thank you." He stammered quietly, starting to smile just a little bit.
He winked just as the oven dinged. "No problem." He then went to take out the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool on the counter.
dtvbhjnhvgytdrhbj he thinks I'm cute he thinks I'm cute he thinks. I'm cute! Bridge could only watch him without comment as he went through with the actions.
Wolf waited a bit for the cupcakes to cool down, then grabbed his frosting and put it into a pastry bag in order to put it on the cupcakes.
(Bridge is adorable. I just want to steal him and hide him frok the world)
(Ikr?)
(eheheheheee he'll get cuter)
Bridge pressed his lips together, observing. It was interesting to watch him - he'd enver seen it done before - but it was hard for him to concentrate on that after what Wolf had said.
Wolf noticed some decorative candies in a small container and grabbed a few, then made a smiley face on one of the cupcakes, then picked that one up and another. He came over to Bridge and handed him the one with the face on it. "Here you go," he said, then perched on the stool next to him.
"Oh! Thank you," He said quietly, taking it and biting into it. His eyes widened and he glanced over at Wolf. How the heck did you learn to make these?
"You're welcome," he said, taking a bite of his own cupcake. He nodded in satisfaction. Yup, just like the ones Cin and I made back home.
"They're really good," Bridge said quietly. It was true - they were really delicious. He hadn't had anything this good in a super long time.
"Thanks." Wolf licked his lips to clean off some frosting. "I've been learning how to cook since I was little, and I really like making sweets or desserts."
"You're good at it," He commented, mostly finishing his and licking his fingers one by one - the frosting had created a bit of a mess.
"So I've been told." Wolf finished off his cupcake and then started to lick the frosting off of his lips and fingers.
Oh…oh my god that's so pretty
Bridge just nodded and blushed a little bit, glancing from the floor to Wolf again and again. He was very pretty - and he had called Bridge cute, which he still wasn't completely over - but he had only known him for less than a day.
((My cat's decided to lay on my lap, so now typing is difficult))
Wolf finished up and closed his eyes, tilting his head back as he stretched his arms over his head. "Mmmm. So I've been thinking. We should team up, you and me. That way we're not constantly alone, and we at least have someone to rely on instead of fending for ourselves."
((I feel u))
Bridge took a moment to digest everything he'd said. "Really?" He asked eventually, brightening again. "Are you…are you sure?" No one had ever wanted to team up with him before, except maybe his mother. But she…she didn't count.
He cracked open an eye to look at Bridge. "Yeah really. And yes, I'm sure. I did suggest it, did I not?" His tone was more teasing and playful than anything, not at all condescending.
He blushed again, looking down. No one had been this nice to him since…since a long time, he thought in wonder. What else could he do with agree with this amazingly pretty, amazingly kind boy?
"Yes," He said quietly, "I'd like that, I think."
He's so adorable when he blushes, and it's a plus that I can get him to blush so easily. Wolf nodded and ruffled Bridge's hair playfully for a quick second with a soft smile. "Great, and so would I." He then dropped his hand and leaned back against the counter, closing his eyes once again.
Bridge made a small squeak when Wolf touched his hair, but it was a bit of a happy squeak. He blushed some more, not saying anything for a while.
"I'm glad you took your contacts out," He said eventually, looking up at him.
