"What does it depend on?"

"Where you wish to go" he said softly.

"Mm…" Lucas yawned and closed his eyes. "I'm tired…"

Lucas walked beside Skye, fidgeting with his hands. Well, time to be cliche and stupid. "H-Hey, Skye? Can you hold something for me?"

Skye hummed, looking over at him, "Sure, what is it?"

(Np lol I'm kinda annoying)
Lucas quietly took Skye's hand in his own, a blush slowly creeping onto his face. He avoided eye contact with Skye for the time being.

Skye smiled, giving the other's hand a light squeeze, leading him into a nearby park as they walked to his work.

Thank god he doesn't think I'm stupid. Lucas breathed a sigh of relief and walked along with Skye, not caring what people thought about him being gay for the first time in his life.

Skye smiled even more once the other relaxed, keeping him close as they walked.

Lucas intertwined his fingers with Skye's. "I-I love you, you know that?" He asked softly. "A lot."

Skye smiled, turning to face him, "You know that I fell in love with you the moment I realized who you were… right?"

Lucas couldn't keep himself from grinning a bit as he looked away, his cheeks regaining their pink tint again. "You're… You're such a dork." He giggled, covering his mouth with one hand. "But you're my dork."

Skye grinned, pulling him close, "Exactly."

Lucas squeezed Skye's hand for a moment and kept walking, now unable to lose his small smile.

Skye smiled, following him like a small puppy.

"W-Where's your job, love?" Lucas turned to look at Skye as he walked.

"Fast food restaurant that was running low on staff…" he said, "The manager has me on a trial…"
