Gabe moved over to the couch, sitting next to Alex.
Alex glanced up at him curiously.
"Did you sleep well?" Gabe asked.
He nodded a little. "Yeah. Did you?"
"It was okay." Gabe smiled softly.
He nodded again, stretching and eating a little more. "Alright."
Gabe stretched his arms, smiling slightly.
Alex looked over at Gabe for a moment, then down at his plate.
Gabe smiled softly.
Alex went back to picking at his food.
Gabe glanced at Alex.
"I'm thinking today I'm going to look into ways to get the ghost to leave you alone," he noted.
Alex looked up at him, wide eyed. "What? But…" he trailed off, unsure what he was even protesting to.
"What's wrong?" Gabe asked, looking over at Alex. He was a bit concerned now.
"I-I…" he shrugged a little bit. "Nothing, I just…"
"Are you sure?" Gabe asked.
He shrugged. "I don't know…" He replied softly.
Gabe watched Alex a moment.
"I just want you to be comfortable at home."
Alex nodded a little bit. "I know. Thank you."
Gabe nodded.
"I'll probably head to the church first. They might have a solution." Gabe was religious, after all. He believed in the power of the church.
Alex blinked, looking away and then down at his hands. "Alright."
"Will you want to come? Or would you rather stay here?" Gabe lightly placed his hand on Alex.
Alex swallowed. He would rather stay with Gabe…but at the same time, he didn't like churches…
Gabe watched Alex debate with himself.
"You don't need to."
Alex looked at him. "A-are you sure? I just…I don't like churches…I…"
