Gabe sobbed loudly. He was dead, for Christ's sake…
Alex was still crying, tears running down his cheeks.
"I-I'm sorry…" Gabe just wanted to be with Alex.
Alex sniffled.
Gabe finally wiped his tears away, slamming his hand on the ground.
"Damnit all!"
Alex jumped a little, taking in a shaky breath.
Gabe buried his head in his knees, stifling a yell.
Alex sniffled quietly, still crying.
Everything was going wrong. Gabe… He was dead, and Alex would never want to see him again.
Alex curled up a little bit, breathing shakily.
Gabe shook his head, pulling away from the wall.
"I'll… I'll leave you be…"
Alex shuddered a little. "I…"
Gabe wiped at his eyes again.
"I'm sorry, I… I know you don't do well with ghosts…"
"It's n-not your fault." Alex said quietly.
"Still, I'm the one who came to you like- like this…" Gabe shook his head.
Alex sniffled, rubbing his eyes.
"Goodbye, Alex…" Gabe started walking away, footsteps heavy.
"N-no, don't…don't leave." Alex said desperately. "I'm s-sorry."
Gabe paused, then came back to the wall.
"Okay, it's okay Alex… I'm right here…"
Alex was crying. He didn't know what to do. He didn't want Gabe to leave but he didn't want…he didn't know what he wanted.
Gabe sat against the wall again, staying silent. He wouldn't leave until Alex wanted him to.
Alex was shaking, soft sobs leaving his mouth.
"I'm right here, it'll, it'll be okay…" Gabe leaned his head back.
Alex shook his head. "No, it w-won't."
"It will be, some day," Gabe said quietly. "Just… Just like I said before this…"
