(Bold of you to assume there's cups in the house X3 jus kidding)

Miles grabbed it, barely brushing her hand. "Thanks," He said lazily, drinking it down. I should just stay in bed today. He set the cup down on his night stand and sat up in bed. "How much are you in the mood to go anywhere today….?"

@gracehustle

(XD)
She shrugged and walked back to her bed, glancing over her shoulder at him. "Just relaxing sounds pretty nice," She said, sitting back on her bed and starting to sort again.

"Good." Miles lied back down. "Because I always get a massive energy drain from nights like those…" He muttered, rolling over. At least we got away when we did or else she probably would've been jailed….

@gracehustle

Emmeline nodded and started humming softly to herself, quickly finishing the sorting and putting the piles on the floor. She made sure that they were far from eachother so that they couldn't be mixed up before sighing "I'm hungry, where's the food?" She looked over at Miles and stood up again.

“Where food always is,” Miles waved a hand at the kitchen on the other side of the wall. “Have an apple or something, I dunno… I’ll cook something for myself later, so don’t worry about me.” He rolled over and pulled the blanket over his neck to get some more shuteye. If she insists that I have food, so help me….

@gracehustle

She walked to the kitchen and grabbed an apple for herself, debating whether or not to get one for Miles. Emmeline decided not to and she walked back to her bed, flopping back on it and quietly eating the apple.

Miles rolled back over and merely opened an eye to look at Emmiline. I should get up…. yet… I can barely think…. let alone be awake…. He fell asleep again, his thought trailing off.

Forty minutes later or so he woke back up, and he rolled around a little before proping himself on his elbow. Finally… I feel remotely rested…. Miles rubbed at his eyes a little.

Miles sat up on the edge of his bed, leaning forward and stretching his back. Damn, I forgot to put a shirt on… He scratched his head a little, ruffling his hair.

@gracehustle

Her eyes flew open and she looked around the room "Who's there?" She asked, quickly realizing that it was just Miles. "Never mind," she looked around and rubbed her eyes, glancing over at him.

Miles glared back at her and smirked, shaking his head. She's quirky in the weirdest ways. He shoved himself up from his bed, getting up on the tips of his toes to stretch his legs. He let out a long sigh, scratching his rib. "Are you awake now?"

@gracehustle

Emmeline nodded "Yeah…you do know that you don't have a shirt on, right?" She pointed at his chest and looked around the room, trying to focus on anything but him.

"You know you didn't have to point out the obvious," He laughed, his voice deep. I should get dressed… Miles headed over to his wardrobe, opening it up. He pulled one out and put it over his head, tugging the hem down.

@gracehustle

"I wasn't sure if you knew," She replied with a small smile. She stood up and stretched before sitting back on her bed, her legs crossed.

"….You think I couldn't tell?" Miles turned back around, glaring at her. "That'd be like standing on a mountain top, naked. Of course you'd notice you didn't have clothes on!" Why….. Why do they have to be the weirdest remarks… He slapped a hand over his reddening, warming face.

@gracehustle

Her eyes widened slightly "Sorry," She said, her voice slightly sarcastic. She didn't point out his blushing this time, knowing that it would probably just make him madder.

"That's what I was waiting to hear…" He muttered to himself, wandering over to her bed. He set his eyes on the two piles, having a seat. "So you said you sorted these out, right?" Miles hovered his hands over the two piles.

@gracehustle

She nodded, "You can have this one, plus your pile," She said, pushing the pile with the more expensive jewelry and most of the coins in it towards him. "I'll take this one," Emmeline pulled the one with most of the odds and ends and other inexpensive, random junk in it towards herself.

Deleted user

Miles glared at his pile, then hers for a second. "Now hang on…" He said, folding his arms. "What makes you think I deserve all the expensive stuff?"

@gracehustle

"Well, you were the one who took me long, right? and you let me stay here for two nights now," She started off, crossing her arms as well, "Plus you either bought or made food for me, and you gave me these," She pointed to the clothes she was wearing and continued, "And you cut my hair, and put up with me and all the stupid stuff I do." She did her best disappointed mother look and put a small, somewhat fake smile on her face, "I think that means you get the expensive stuff, so don't argue with me, I'll just find a way to make you take it."

He chuckled, shaking his head. "Whatever you say." Miles folded his arms, wiping his cheek on his shoulder. "I'll get all this good stuff." He shrugged. But you're the one who needs it more.

@gracehustle

Emmeline nodded, looking at her pile "Don't worry, there are a few coins in here. Not the most expensive one, but there are a few, along with an old ring or two," She took out a small coin and a very dusty ring to show him before dropping them back in with the other stuff.

Deleted user

"True." He grabbed his stuff and piled it on his bed, sorting it into gold, rings and lockets to put them away. "Now that I think about it…. I should go into town to get some more food. I would hunt, but last night wiped me out…." And no, that doesn't mean I'm physically weak….

@gracehustle

"Do you want me to come with?" She asked, glancing over at him, "Otherwise I can do chores or something here." She stood up and tucked her pile of stuff next to her bed, making sure nothing would get lost.

Deleted user

"Well, there's nothing really to do here…" Miles smirked. "Unless you want to build a shed for me." I could really use one… My porch isn't roomy enough anymore…
