“You think so?” He asked, quickly moving to sit next to him. “I wasn’t sure, but I really like it.”

"Yeah, I'm sure." Astral smiled sweetly. He thought a moment, then chuckled softly.

Simon tilted his head to the side a bit when Astral laughed. “W-What’s so funny?” He asked.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I just- my mind just jumped to 'plant,' and now I can't help but see it," Astral admitted.
"Please don't take it the wrong way, it does look really good. I just- I wouldn't be surprised if a flower bud showed up."

Simon laughed. “Oh I don’t mind at all, I kind of like that it gives off that vibe honestly.”

Astral chuckled some.
"Good, then! You hit it right on the nose." He smiled, running his hand through hair.

He smiled contently, looking down at his hands. He liked this, just getting to talk with Astral.

Astral smiled in turn.
"How have you been doing?" He finally asked. "I know a lot has happened since you came here, and a lot happened before too."

“Hmm..” he tilted his head to the side, thinking about the question. “I guess I’ve been doing pretty well, all things considered.” And he was doing well, he was actually starting to eat in more normal amounts, and he was pretty much always smiling or laughing.

(Oh yeah XD i did too, oop–)

Astral nodded a bit.
"It's seemed like that. I'm glad for it." He offered a smile, hands folded in his lap.

He smiled back at him, blushing softly. “Thank you…for taking care of me.”

"Thank you for letting me," Astral said in turn. "For taking my hand in that alleyway."

“Not like I really had any better opportunities, right?” He replied with a grin, laughing softly.

"Still, there are many who would have refused." Astral smiled, chuckling himself.

“Oh really? Has anyone actually ever refused you when you’ve asked?” He asked curiously. He himself would’ve refused if he’d known Astral’s true intentions.

"Yes, actually." Astral sighed some. "They just don't trust me." He didn't blame them, really.

“Hmm that makes sense honestly….I just trust people very naturally.” He shrugged.

Astral smiled a bit, nodding.
"Yes, and I'm glad for it." Astral offered a sweet smile.

He laughed lightly. “Really?” He asked, genuinely curious. “I can’t be that great can I?” He said jokingly.

"Yes, really." Astral grinned a bit.
"You really are, you know."

He blushed softly but still shook his head. “I doubt it.” He said before quickly adding on, “Sorry if that sounds rude!” He offered him a small smile.

Astral frowned for just a moment. He leaned over, hugging Simon.
"Well, you don't have to. I can guarantee you are." Astral offered a smile now.

His smile widened a bit and he hugged Astral back. “I appreciate that you think so.”
