Cas nodded softly "yeah, is do." He glanced up at him and smiled "what are your favorite memories with your parents?"

Tolly's smile flickered a bit, replaced by something a bit more plasticky and fake. "It's parent actually. Dad ran off on us when my sister was 3. I was 5."

Cas glanced up and frowned, hating the fake smile. "I…I'm sorry…uhm…any good memories with your mom?"

"Um… not really?" Tolly shrugged, turning to the shelves so he wouldn't need to meet Cas' eyes. "My mom's been working for… as long as I can remember. I don't think she ever really had time for us."

He scrunched his mouth to the side "tell me about your sister then." He said, leaning against the counter

"Oh! Fey's a sweetheart! She got into Harvard this year and we're all super siked!" His smile tilted up, becoming more genuine. "I mean, we all knew she was smart, but still!"

Cas' smiled softly, seeing Tolly's smile come back "that's great! What's she majoring in?"

"Law! And she's minoring in philosophy! It's kind of incredible… I mean, I remember when she was about ye high." He gestured at his thigh, laughing. "And now she's in college!"

He laughed softly "truely is amazing. Is she a witch?" He asked "has to be smart if she has to keep her ability low-key."

"No, actually. We're all werewolves." Tolly smiled."I mean, I got a little magic from dad, but Fey's got nothing."

Cas tilted his head in surprise "you're kidding, like the shapeshifting under the full moon kind? Silver bullets and all?" He asked curiously "I'm sure she has something. She's got to understand you as werewolves and she must have the instincts of one."

"The full moon thing's actually kind of a stereotype, but… yeah. Silver and wolf instincts and stuff all come with the werewolf territory." He shrugged, blushing lightly. "It's not really that interesting. It's just… who I am."

He stared in disbelief and awe at Tolly "not that interesting? Try telling that to a guy who's never seen a real werewolf in his life." He laughed "so you can shift whenever?"

Tolly laughed, a little surprised by Cas' enthusiasm. "I mean… kinda? My control's not that great, but I can usually do it when I'm not emotional."

"hold on….is the whole imprinting, immortal twilight thing real too?" He asked, completely intrigued

Tolly scrunched up his nose, shaking his head. "Twilight is a heaping pile of shit. I mean we have mates but we don't imprint or any of that nonsense. Especially not on babies."

"yeah…that series was actually pretty good until that happened.." he shook himself and laughed "never really like Edward…or Bella."

Tolly laughed as well, nudging him playfully. "More of a Jacob fan, then? Do you always get crushes on werewolves or are we just special?"

"nooo…I just saw the movie first and then read the books, Everytime I read about Jacob, Taylor Lautner came to mind." He defended "you just happen to be a werewolf, that's a coincident."

Tolly laughed harder and ruffled his hair, a playful grin stretched across his face. "Oh sure," Tolly agreed sarcastically. "I think you have a werewolf kink!"

"I do not!" He insisted with a laugh, swatting at Tolly's hand "all werewolves I seem to meet or see all happen to be cute, that must be a running occurance."

“You’re really not helping your case here, Cas,” Tolly teased. “What is it about us that attracts you? Our animal magnitism? Our rugged good looks?”

Cas blushed "I know I'm not." He glanced up at Tolly and blushed more "I'm not sure, maybe both."

"Aww, you think I'm good looking? I'm flattered!" Tolly blushed a bit as well, smiling widely at Cas. "Y'know, you're pretty cute too."

If possible, Cas blushed more. He ducked his head and muttered a thank you under his breath
