But I find it odd that we, humans, and the smartest creatures on the plant but we're the only one that goes after people of the same sex, we're literally going against the law of nature.

Ah, but a lot of animals already has homosexual tendencies.

They might, like caring for a brother, sister, or pack mate but they don't strive to find animals of the same sex. Its Love against "Luv"

No. 94% of giraffe sex is gay. They actively look. And don't even get me started on penguins.

Animals do it too.

Look up 'are giraffes gay?'

Or penguins.

So we're like giraffes or penguins? That doesn't sound right.

Well animals do it too. But only when something is wrong in the pack I've heard. But my cats used to do it all the time. Weird.

My cats try to do it with random hair ties, fidget spinners, socks and other dumb objects thrown on the floor so that's actually pretty normal

No. We aren't. But you said it was against nature. So I enlightened you.

@Knight-Shives group

I support it because what is so wrong with same sex marriage. It's your life so what is so wrong with it, it is kind of stupid how offended people get sometimes.

@RedTheLoveless

Well guys I just realized there's a third side to this debate.
Nihilism. Specifically the nihilistic point of view.

Wouldn't all "love" be considered "luv"? The way you feel towards another person is just a simple chemical reaction in your brain telling to feel that way.
What is the point of frivolous things like "love" and marriage if we are all to die anyway?

(Side Note: I'm just putting this point of view here. I don't actually agree with it but I realized it had yet to be included. I'll go back to spectating now.)

Score one for the Shuri.

If you’re in the US, an inalienable right is the Pursuit of Happiness, love could equal happiness. Pedophilia is not okay because if the person is under legal age they can’t “consent” to anything.

That is a widely misunderstood phrase. Back in the day, it meant the right to own property.

Homosexual behavior is the norm for Japanese macaques as well.
(The only reason I know these things is because my best friend and I were arguing about mascots for the LGBT community.

Reading up on the penguin thing, they all seemed to be in a zoo or some enclosure (most of them) and hatching eggs, that's not un-natural for animals of the same gender and kind to take care of a abandoned egg or sleep together because its cold, that's how they survive.

Giraffes?? Ok, their already odd creatures that can kill you with their legs so I'm not going anywhere near that sort of stuff, they can jump in the lake and say there a duck for all I care!

(and please don't 'enlighten me' I have books full of info and I cant put it on this site because of peoples feels.)

Same. But what about Japanese macaques? A primate that displays homosexual behavior on the norm?

There’s no need to get upset, this is only facts that we’re providing.

Huh I didn’t know that, thanks!

@Max_Miracle_DroppedMostOfTheirRPs

And I understand if people choose not to accept the community, but that still doesn’t make it right to attack us, or discriminate against us, or tell us we’re going to hell. I’m a believer myself and if God wishes to condemn me to Hell for how I feel, I’ll have to accept that. But I swear, I’ll never stand for the Devil, I will always side with the Lord. I believe that the Father wouldn’t condemn His children for that but what do I know.

@The-N-U-T-Cracker

Please respect that even if you don't agree.

Someone needs to say that to my overly biased history book, that thing has been talking about the Protestant Revolt for 6 chapters now and it refuses to believe that any Catholic can do anything bad because obviously every wrongdoing is done by Protestants. THE THING TRIED TO MAKE BURNING PROTESTANTS AT THE STAKE SEEM OKAY. It does make very good points here and there but it also doesn't… Also, I talked to a priest once and he said that despite having different beliefs Protestants can still get to heaven, so I don't know why my history book keeps attacking them like they're some sort of malicious evil plaguing the earth
