Don’t get me wrong, I like Chase Atlantic, but he’s not my type and all the lip biting pisses me off. I can’t stand lip biting on a guy for some reason

F in chat for the cake my friends and I tried to make :(
It was 7 months expired but we didn't know that until we had already baked it and made frosting
It smelled and tasted like the stuff dentists rub on your teeth
Tried to save it by crushing it up and mixing in frosting, cherries, and coconut but it didn't work

Me: finishes book
Me: jazzy hands reading slump time!

So I watched a 24 hour readathon which usually does the trick but it didn't and now I'm sad

@ElderGod-kirky group

I have an in-between problem, I have so many new books to read and I keep adding to that list but I just turn to my favorites and reread them instead

yes, I'm making another subpost about how fake some of y'all are because it will never not blow my mind

did I tell y'all that I had an actual "there's a snake in my boot" tic this morning?

because that happened

@berlioz

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'd like to be rude to the fashion industry.
"oWeN, wHy sHoP iN tHe bOy's sEcTiOn?"
"OwEN, tHey haVe bUttOn uPs iN tHe giRl's sEcTiOn tOo! WhY nOt sHoP tHerE?"

This is why. This is bullshit. I'm simply looking for a white formal button up. I don't want to be bombarded by half-naked women, personally. Good for her for expressing herself I guess, and anyone who chooses to wear it in that way, but is this why they think I want to buy this? Is this how they expect me to wear this? I didn't go looking for a white formal button up to look sexy. Not even to look pretty. I just… why. That's not how this piece of clothing should be advertised. You'd never see anything like this when shopping for boys.
I can take the link down if it's not allowed/welcome.

Girl's button ups are more expensive and also kind of uncomfortable. Really the only good thing about them imao is the buttons are on the side that makes them easier to button

My button-up for band barely reaches my clavicles

Scratch that, if I’m not careful I could literally flash the audience.

Also on that same vein, I’m so. damn. close. to just buying men’s shorts. They’re so much more comfortable and they have pockets, and I like to work out a lot, and I’d prefer not to work in something that squeezes the hell out of my thighs and will tear if I’m not careful.

Also their jeans are 1000000 times better change my mind

@ElderGod-Icefire

I'd love to use men's clothing, it just fits so much better, but. I'm afraid of what my mom would say if I wanted to use men's clothes. Because she's so very anti-LGBTQ, so the very idea that I might want to wear men's clothing, even though I'm not trans or anything of the sort? she would fucking explode, probably. So I'm stuck with shitty girls clothing that is designed for people who are skinnier, with bigger boobs than me, who are taller

I know where you are coming from, and it is the exact same thing for me, my mom is the same, but what I ended up doing was pulling out a couple of shirts from the men's section and showed her and she said that she like them and I tried them in and they fit really well and I told her that they were men's and after a couple minutes of telling her that these fit better and make me feel better, she ended up coming around and buying them. While she might not be the happiest about me wearing men's clothes, she can see a difference on how I hold myself and I genuinely feel better, so try just talking to her about how it is your body and how those clothes make you feel comfortable, and if you have to barter and buy some clothes you aren't as comfortable with, then take those small wins when you can. that's how it started off for me. And if you need to talk about it, you can always message me
