How so

Like, they have ridges and dents sorta. Most prominently in my right index finger. And they kinda just, I dunno, look like they can chip away easily.

That's a mood to me. I have to wear gloves at work and now my nails break so frequently it's annoying… Plus they snag on everything.

Okay, so to get a better image of what I'm describing, it looks something like a thing I saw called Beau's lines. Except, it's sorta minor rn admittedly it's gotten worse since the last time I saw it though.

Whole grains and milk products are good sources of zinc. Many breakfast cereals are fortified with zinc. Oysters, red meat, and poultry are excellent sources of zinc. Baked beans, chickpeas, and nuts (such as cashews and almonds) also contain zinc.

Well you most likely don't have diabetes. Because that would have to be checked up on by a doctor. Anaemia is very plausible. Are you very pale, and kinda feel icky all the time?
