@Althalosian-isTerrifyingWalnutDeathDemon
Hey! I'm a lot like that too, although I'm trying to work on it. And you're right. I'm new here, so still trying to figure out what people are like and trying to figure out how things work.
Yo. I got one heck of a book for you. I started it again today. Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis. Probably the best Christian book I've read ever.
You a convert or what? Where did you come form in terms of religion?
@Althalosian-isTerrifyingWalnutDeathDemon
I'll check that book out. Also, I've been a non-denominational Christian for about a year. Before that, I didn't really have a religion.
So what brought you to it?
So what brought you to it?
My family started going to church and when I was on a youth retreat, I realized that I wanted to be a Christian and follow God. So that day I prayed and knew that Jesus was my savior and I am a sinner and that God is real and powerful and the only true God. In fact, I just got baptized less than a month ago!
Hello fellow Christians. :3 #Jesusisthebest
Oh, you know, just trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with me and how I could possibly be so exhausted at only 3:58 PM, but it's fine. I can't believe I haven't seen this chat before, though. I've scoured all over this crazy site for a Christian chat, and I just happened to stumble across it today.
Lucky you, I suppose. But blame hormones and dehydration.
Brilliant suggestion. I think I will.
Or you could blame God for finding this chat XD 'Coz, ya know…
For finding this chat, yes. Indeed. But I will blame hormones and dehydration for my unnecessary tiredness. Unless the Lord is informing me that I need sleep– which is actually likely considering the fact that I stay up until 3:30 am more often than not. XD
I feel that. I really need to stop it XD
Same. I went to bed at two last night.
I've been up until at least three every night for the past four or five nights. What is the matter with me?
There isn't anything necessarily wrong with you. Some people are literally wired to be up at night, and not up during the day.
I must fall into the category of some people, then, because I have a tendency to mess my sleeping schedule up anytime the option presents itself. Night > Day ^-^
really random question
I'm not Christian, but I'm stopping by to ask a question
the no sex til marriage thing
where did that come from?
I know not all Christians do things that way, but I'm curious
Because babies before having a somewhat stable life really sucks for everyone involved.
Like a lot of moral rules, it falls under common sense.
But is that really a christian thing?
I mean… many other religions as well.
It is a law of Christianity that goes with the laws of sexual purity.

ahh. this is what I was looking for– that type of explanation. Thanks Dommy!
