Nyt chuckled. ”How though? Your so nice!” She said.
Nyt chuckled. ”How though? Your so nice!” She said.
”To you, yeah. But not a lot of people liked me and I ended up getting into fights outside of sparring practice because of it.” Abby shrugged. ”That’s actually how I met Peter. He saw some kids picking on me and made himself my personal trainer so I would be able to hold my ground against people like that.” she confessed.
Nyt laughed. ”What about Caleb and Mark?” She asked, curious.
Abby chuckled. ”Well, I’ve known Caleb as long as I can remember. He's practically a brother to me.” her smile turned a bit thoughtful. ”Mark… I think we're only friends by association. He's really more of Peter’s friend but he's a nice guy so… Yeah.” she trailed off a little awkwardly.
“I figured that about Mark and you and Caleb are pretty close.“ Nyt said as she rested her head on Abby's head.
”Yeah.” Abby sighed happily, nuzzling closer. ”Though, in all the time I’ve known Caleb, I never thought he would be interested in a relationship with… well, another guy.” she admitted with a light blush.
"Why not?" Nyt asked. For Sylvians same sex relationships were completely normal and very common. Nyt was usually attracted to other girls and Adar was the same with men, though they both did like the opposite gender as well.
Abby shrugged. ”He just didn't seem interested in any guys around camp so I never thought much about it.” Course, I'm being a bit of a hypocrite. I never thought about my own preferences… until recently. ”But him and Adar look like they really like each other.” she smiled.
Nyt chuckled. "How about we go wake those two up? I want to see their reaction." She said, a grin makeing it's way across Nyts face.
Abby giggled. ”Sure. I think they’ve slept long enough. What did you have in mind?” she asked mischievously.
Nyt thought for a bit. "I don't know. Got any ideas?" She asked.
”Not really.” Abby shook her head. ”I'm not usually very creative when coming up with pranks.” she admitted. ”Maybe we should just check on them first. We might get an idea then.”
Nyt nodded. She stood up, practically throwing Abby off her lap as she did so.
Abby gave a small yelp of surprise at the abrupt movement before standing up as well. She gave Nyt a smile and lead her to where the boys were sleeping.
Nyt chuckled as she followed Abby.
Adar and Caleb looked like they were in a knit of conjoined limbs. They were both still asleep and rather peaceful looking for their positions.
Abby giggled softly and whispered, ”If that’s what we looked like this morning, I don't blame Uncle Toby at all. So cute.”
Nut chuckled, both at Abby and them. "I know what to do now." She said, a sly smile plastered on her face already.
”What is it?” Abby asked eagerly. ”Do you need me to do anything?”
Nyt shook her head before cupping her hands around her mouth.
"Adar! Caleb! Wake up!" She yelled.
”Oh, that's a classic prank.” Abby laughed watching for their reaction.
(Sorry, it's so short.)
(It's good!)
Caleb imeaditly tried to shoot up out of bed but Adars tail was holding him down so he got about halfway up before falling back down on top of Adar.
”Strong tail, huh Caleb?” Abby snickered, enjoying the joke. ”Oh, that made the reaction better.”
Adar sat up quickly once Cale fell. "Wha?" He yelled, still not fully awake. Caleb ended up rolling off Adar when he did that.
Nyt clutched her stomach as she had a break down from laughing.
I know this is a bad joke but… ”Wow, Caleb. You really fell hard for Adar, didn't you?” Abby grinned teasingly.
Caleb just groaned. He sat up eventually, and stared at Abby. "I hate you." He grumbled as he stood up.
