"Yep! Unless I die, of course. Hopefully I'll live long, though. Do you think Whitecloud has had her kits since we've left? I hope she's doing well… is this really a good idea?" She glanced back in the direction of the forest.

"Your the one who said we should follow Starclan and leave are clans to go to the mountains." Oakleaf teased, flicking his tail in her face.
"I know, I hope I wasn't wrong." Finchsong turned her eyes towards the mountains. They seemed so far away, and also close. It was hard to tell exactly the distance.
"We'll get there, you know that." He said, looked out into the distance, "Compared to what the mice see, our journey is short."
"True. Do you think we'll need to rest before then?" Her tail swayed a bit in the breeze as they walked.
"We will have to rest, like always." He said, "We aren't little kits, full of energy that seems to run all day!"
"Ah, I remember those days. Although, I was a lot more mild than my siblings."
"You were always different." He teased.
"Yep! Instead of playing ordinary kit games, I hung out in the medicine den. You know, I see a lot of myself in Ashpaw. He does the same thing, or did, I suppose. He's supposed to hang around there now."
"I still don't think you should have left him, you know, being the only medicine cat and he isn't even trained."
"I know… I still feel horrible about it, but what choice did I really have? If worst comes to worst, he can get help from one of the other clans. After all, at least the medicine cats are all on good terms with each other."
"But not really with Larkwhisker," Oakleaf put in, "but yet again, when ever we're they on good terms with him?"
"No one's really on good terms with Larkwhisker." Finchsong laughed. "No offense, but he's not particularly friendly."
"I know," He smirked, laying his tail on her shoulder, "Hay! Lets go to that stream!" He exclaimed, bouncing off to the sound of rushing water.
Finchsong hopped after him, encouraged by the sound of water. She was a Riverclan cat, after all.
Stopping at the rock shore, Oakleaf took his time as he bounced from rock to rock. It was nice having cold hard ground under his paws.
Contrary to Oakleaf's attempts to keep his paws dry, Finchsong immediately slid into the water. She hadn't been in a river in a while, and it was hot outside.
"They never told me cats can turn otter!" Oakleaf teased, kicking pebbles of the rock he was on at Finchsong.
"Well, you've met me! Surely you knew Riverclan cats were part otter?" Finchsong flicked water at him and dove beneath the surface.
Shaking the water droplets of his face, Oakleaf let out a snort and darted to the ferns. "We might as well hunt!" He called out, still out of sight.
Finchsong slipped silently out of the water, crouching down and stalking Oakleaf without making a sound. She stepped slowly and carefully, making sure she didn't step on a twig.
(I think if we ever make a new Warrior cat Rp, we should just leave it Closed because it seems you and I are going to be the only one's keeping it up)
Oakleaf, who was a few fox-length ahead of Finchsong, darted out of the ferns unexpectedly with a alive rabbit right in front of him, racing from him in fear.
(Lol yeah)
After Oakleaf had caught the rabbit, Finchsong pounced on him. Her fur was slicked back and shiny from the water, and she seemed quite proud of herself.
(I always thought it would be interesting if Two-legs where turned into cats and found the Clans XD I wonder how that will work out!)
"Get off you over grown otter!" Oakleaf teased, kicking her off.
(That'd be weird)
"Pfft, if anything I'm smaller than an otter!" She said before getting off anyways. "You may have caught a rabbit, but I caught you."
