His head shot up, "Oh shoooot, I dropped my fish…"
His head shot up, "Oh shoooot, I dropped my fish…"
"It's fine. There's plenty of streams along the way, and I am not going back up there."
"Oh yeah, yeah." He nodded, I would never what to do that either."
"Thought you 'enjoyed the trees'?"
"I never said 'I enjoy climbing', all I said it was nice."
"Pfft, okay. Should we stop here for the night?"
"Uh, no. We're to close to the bramble patch and snakes might be nesting in there." Oakleaf pointed out, walking deeper into he woods.
"Alright, when should we stop, then? It's getting dark."
"Whenever we feel like dropping dead!" He said quickly, speeding ahead.
Finchsong sighed and dashed after him, slowly losing speed as she grew more exhausted. (Gtg to bed now, byeee)

Dusk painted the sky in the tones of red, and here and there little white dotes were appearing. The thorny forest was way behind them and the mountains seemed to have taken a strep closer to them.
Trekking through the field, Oakleaf and Finchsong finally reached the un-brambly woods. Thorn-less bush lined the forest with thin and out, so on finding a cluster of bushes, the two medicine cats took little time to find moss and make a nest. That night, sleep came easily and the cold winds that past through the mountains help with deep sleep.
Finchsong curled up against Oakleaf for warmth, her breathing slow and deep. There was no scent of danger around them, and it was peaceful. Quiet, as well.
(Time skip!! And I pined you to a conversation on http://winterrock.boards.net/)
Dawn was just making its way into the sky when a bird pooped on Oakleaf, he in return accidently kicked Finchsong in the face.
Finchsong woke with a start, jumping to her paws with her fur on end. She looked around for whatever the danger might be, her heart pounding in her chest.
