"No one has a normal family," Cliff put in, "Everyone is placed in a family with one sibling or the other that no one likes, its just life, and we have to over come that."
"No one has a normal family," Cliff put in, "Everyone is placed in a family with one sibling or the other that no one likes, its just life, and we have to over come that."
"Yeah, but most cats don't literally murder their brother."
"And people have family members like that, c'mon, what do you thing of the horrible leaders that kill there clan mates, what do you think their family members think?"
Like yours? "True. But why do leaders kill their clans? It seems pretty counterproductive."
"They don't do it on purpose," Lyon muttered, lifting his head, "Blizzard only dose it to the cats that betrayed him or tried to kill him in the night. Those are good reasons to kill a clan member."
"But couldn't they just be exiled? In the clans, a cat would be killed only for murder, and exiled for attempted murder."
"These 'killing' are very rare in Blizzards group," Cliff put in, twitching his fluffy tail, "Cats learn from the mistakes of others, and if we just exile them they will form their own group and attack ours! It has happened before, it will happen again."
"Not always. Sometimes, being exiled is a sufficient punishment. Now, I don't know what has become of Leopardpaw, but I'm assuming she was exiled. She's not a full warrior, after all, just an apprentice. One wouldn't kill a kit, under any circumstances, and apprentices are up to debate."
"Well that's not our problem." Lyon sighed.
"Do you guys think I'll ever get to go back home?" Ashpaw sat down, his leg sticking out awkwardly to the side.
"That's not for me to say." Lyon muttered, "Can I please get some sleep now?"
"Yeah, sure. Rest is good for your health, or something…" Ashpaw got up again and limped off to the other den, tail dragging on the ground.
"You really should not worry," Winter instructed, "Your clan is big and they can take care of themselves, don't you trust them?"
"I do, it's just… Lilypetal's inexperienced. I feel like I'm letting them down, since Finchsong left me in charge of that stuff. Lilypetal doesn't know how to help a queen give birth, or fix a broken leg, or anything. Just simple stuff."
"Cant you really on the other healers? From the other clan? Wont they help you clan?"
"I'm not sure. I mean, the clan will probably seek help after I've been gone a while, assuming that I've died or run off with Leopardpaw, depending on what's happened to her."
"Yep," She sighed, walking over to the camp entrance, "But please don't worry, we'll all get out of this place sometime."
(Time skip to Finchsong and Oakleaf?)
(Sure. I guess he went with her, then?)
(Well, someone else can go with her, I just though he when with her… You can pick a different cat if you want)
(No, that's fine. I just thought he left. We can…. develop…. their relationship :D)
(Ok! Left say he changed his mine about not going with her! Your turn to start!)
(Cool cool)
Finchpaw sighed, looking around as she walked. "Thanks for coming, Oakleaf. It means a lot to me." She smiled softly at him.
"No thank you," He said back, "I don't think I could have survived another day in camp with Larkwhisker, he thinks that since I'm a fully trained medicine cat he can become lazy and make me do all the work!"
"Yeah… it's pretty overwhelming sometimes. I just hope Ashpaw's alright… it seems so strange, doesn't it? Me having an apprentice at only thirteen moons! Surely I'm setting a record of some sort."
"Yes you are." Oakleaf laughed, walking through a patch of ferns, "Just think of the future when he takes on an apprentice! You'll be there to help him!"
