Tessa watched Lacie. "Anything interesting?"
Tessa watched Lacie. "Anything interesting?"
“Oh, okay.” He looked slightly confused, he had always called people older than him ma’am and sir.
Lacie turned her attention to Tessa
“There’s a possibility we could find a way up there but…” she trailed off
"But?" Tessa prompted. Having broken in and out of laboratories several times, as well as government facilities, she was sure she would be able to get them out. However, she wanted to hear the girl's case first.
“I wanna leave.” Tristan declared, staring at the girl.
Lacie gave him a sad look. “The cat said one of the rules is to not leave without permission, so if we…I’m afraid there might be dangerous countermeasures.” She stares at a silver disk on the ceiling.
Tessa raised a brow. "There were rules?"
“Agh, what cat?”
"I have questions too…"
Lacie couldn’t help but sputter a small laugh before she turned towards them “Don’t worry about it.”
"The robot cat." Danny pointed to the robot. "I'm Danny. Did I say that already?"
Lacie turned towards Tessa. “And what would those be?”
The spot Danny pointes to was empty. (The cat left I don’t know if you saw that)
Tessa blinked at them all. "Not entirely sure. Robot? I'm very much going to worry about it."
“I don’t know,” Tristan frowned
She groaned and fell back in the puddle of water, hissing at the contact and jolting back up. "Who the hell owns this place? And where are we? All I remember is going back to good old NYC to visit my mom. And apparently little sister and brother, because I now have those, I guess?"
Tristan jumped at her angered voice and frowned
(no I missed that whoops)
"All the cat told us was that the people keeping us here are bad."
Tessa glanced sheepishly at Tristan. "Sorry. I don't like labs. Bad… bad memories. Lots. I'm on edge."
Lacie gave her a sad smile. “It’s gonna be ok,”
"That's what they said last time…" she muttered to herself, getting up and pacing the room as far away from the water as she could.
“I’m still confused by what cat…”
"I think Anna named him Max." Lacie pondered
