The PDETV is a repurposed battleship that had sustained damage is the second porcine war. Significant portions of the ship had received damage, and the life support system was knocked out. The PDE Project petitioned the GRU to minimally repair the ship and let the engineers use it as a test vehicle.

The vehicle was requisitionedfor PDE testing, but was also used for many other projects, like automated and remote weapons system.
