Revolution
~Beauty and the Beast meets The Hunger Games~
Revolution is a journey of finding the truth and doing what’s right, even in the midst of fear and danger.
Dystopian - Action - Adventure
Corena Wilson, the 17-year-old daughter of the governor of Pennsylvania, has always wanted an adventure. And that’s what she gets. Her journey begins when her parents are kidnapped by the Revolutionaries. They are an organization of rebels trying to overthrow the government and President Ross. Although Corena has never been interested in politics, she’s sure all their accusations of unfair treatment are lies. While she’s on the adventure to find her parents, she meets a trio of kind and friendly Revolutionaries, and has to put up with the Revolutionary who has authority over them– a ruthless and hateful boy who, for some reason, terrifies her like nothing else. She begins to suspect the government of cruelty and tries to find out the truth. When she does she is devastated, but she knows what she has to do. On her journey she is haunted by the memory of a boy she saw years ago, loses people she cares about, and falls for someone she never expected to love. Her story is full of action, heartbreak, and romance.
The United Communist States of America
Corena Wilson’s parents are kidnapped by the Revolutionaries because her father is a governor. Corena is determined to find her missing parents.
Tyranny started when Cyrus Ross was inaugurated as the president of what was then turned into the United Communist States of America.
Whatever they are.
There is no magic.
Pretty advanced.
I wanted to write a story with an enemies to lovers romance. The story stated to evolve from there. Dystopian novels have really impacted the things that I write.
