The locket was originally the property of Cassian Ansley’s mother. It held a lock of hair from her and her husband. When he murdered them, Cyrus Ross kept it as a souvenir. Corena Wilson finds it and takes it to Cassian, knowing it truly belongs to him. He later gives it to her, and they put locks of their own hair in it.
