Technology - What is the level of technology like in Band Kingdoms?

Glow sticks are like grenades, only they also glow in the dark. You detonate it by pulling the trigger. Epilepsy stars are like bombs but more flammable, they do a bunch of fire. Cannons and ships exist also. Though no guns (yet).
