Ellie's main motivation is to become queen, keep the other two Heirs alive, and bring the Isles to prosperity.

Ellie's fatal flaw which leads to her downfall is her tendencies to put the Isles above anything else and to lock herself away within herself. She is rather emotionally guarded and prefers lying to other things, and is especially averse to asking for help from others, even the other Heirs.
