A floating city originally made by mages who opposed The Crystal River Academy, the place was originally a similar school but they never had the same influence and had trouble finding students.

Now most of those it teaches are the children of the existing mages in the city. They still oppose the Academy, and any who graduated from the school or serve it quickly find themselves not welcome.
