Helmfirth

A dwarven town established in the north of Rothary, Helmfirth is positioned to constantly be bombarded by snow but is kept warm by the forges that burn all throughout.

Legend says a great dwarf bearing the last name Stonehammer established the town, and many can trace their lineage back to him. The Stonehammers take pride in their work, and few can claim to be better smiths with the ability to prove it.

Even still, if one shows they have the dedication to work hard at their craft and become better the dwarves of Helmfirth will happily take them in - the legacy of the Stonehammers is an important point of pride, but keeping the art of dwarven smithing alive is more important.
