Orin

Built up around the ruins of an enormous, ancient church Orin was founded as a place where those who wanted to learn fighting techniques could come and do so freely. To that end they also established The Noctis Swords as both a governmental system and a way to show those who have and have not trained with them as a guild. It's worked out so far, and Orin continues to grow outward from around the church as more and more choose to stay after they complete their training to help pass those skills on and keep having a safe place to practice for more years before moving on.
