Astrid, like so many before her, was born and raised in the town of Orin. Guildhall to The Noctis Swords, she proved quickly that her smaller frame and physical dexterity were perfect for physical combat and training in hand-to-hand techniques.

For over a hundred years Astrid served the Noctis Swords, but soon enough she grew weary of fighting. The scars her body bore were too much, as was never being able to find love or settle down. She retired and became an instructor for others, teaching them the techniques that helped her serve.

And there she stays, no longer leaving her home town and enjoying the more quiet aspects of life.
