Theta (Zenith Zander Zagami) was made from artificially constructed DNA, a protein made entirely in a lab. Said DNA was split in half and used to create an egg and sperm, which were then re-merged to create an embryo. This embryo was put in an advanced incubator, which held him until he was ready to be 'born'. Once he was, his growth process was relatively similar to that of a natural human, other than his fast healing, which allowed his physical form to mature slightly quicker.
