The Knight
The Shining Knight of Virtuous Deeds
Some Random Guy
Protagonist
22
Male
Fur
Short tuffs of hair
Red or something? Maybe reddish brown. I haven't decided
6'8 ft
256 lbs
Two scars across his left eye
Muscular as all heck
He is a furry person, no not an anthropomorphic wolf, it's like the species I made for the other story but not.
Golden Brown
(Pure Gold when Emotions are high)
Literally none
You could hold a knife to his neck and still ask if you need help
He seems too good of a person. Thus he's extremely gullible and takes the slightest sob story as his reason to help someone. Luckily he has friends that can tell him when he needs to say no or if someone is lying.
He has a habit of always asking people if they need help
Mage is 60% of his impulse control
Happy guy
He's not a true knight yet. He has to complete a specific amount of quests and then go through proper sword training to register as a Knight. Even though he's ridiculously skilled at literally every weapon, has saved several people from dire situations, and trained under an actual knight, he still doesn't qualify. He's peeved about this. Because of this, he actually qualifies more as a squire.
Even though he's a good person who loves helping people, he gets riled up really easily and is easily angered by people who thinks he's a crap knight.
He's very gullible and taking advantage of his kindness will earn his ire tenfold.
He's not interested in the history of his world, mostly because he thinks history is boring. (little does he know, that shiz is important of)
He seems to be able to wield any weapon by simply, "Putting his mind to it"
He has extraordinary stamina and has outran Star Beasts with his endurance
Can effortlessly fight off a horde of Star Beasts with little help.
Going arounf helping people like it's his job (oh wait)
He likes to cook. He's not great at it, but he's not terrible.
He loves, LOVES, to sing and dance, but he is absolute crud at it. He's been kicked out of several taverns for his audacious moves
The Knight is known for his incredible optimism and altruism. From the day he learned what it was, he wanted to become a knight and help the people of the world. He has amazing resilience and truly does love the world he lives in to a peculiar degree. It has been commented upon several times that he can't love everyone in the world because not everyone is a good person. He rebukes it and says that it's impossible to be a living being with no good in your heart. Some find this trait of him endearing, some find it irritating, and others find it extremely worrisome.
There is a very supernatural quality to his unbreakable resolve. For some reason he holds the distinct belief that either people always have good in their hearts, or that he can perform anything if he just tried hard enough. Somehow, this mindset leads to implausible, sometimes impossible, outcomes to happen. Everyone except Knight realizes how strange this is.
As a knight, he holds no specific interest or ability to wield magic. However, later in the story, he acquires a peculiar magical ability that {S P O I L E R S} and yeah it's a plot device.
He was raised in a loving, but tough home with no one but his single mother. Although not a bad mother in the slightest, she was tough on her son and supported his dream of becoming a knight when he was just seven years old. She trained him herself through rigorous amounts of practice and honed his skills to the expert he is today. But when he registered to become a knight, he learned he needed to complete some sort of trial of application to become a true knight. The nerve of those old coots! His mother is the perfect trial for knight training! Nonetheless, he set himself off on a journey at the ripe age of 16 (what a champ) and has been handling the needs of the people of his world for 6 years. At 22 he's finally reaching the final requirements to become a true knight and fulfill his own wish! But all of a sudden, he meets a strange lost mage deep in the woods. He's scared, confused, and suffering from a severe case of amnesia. But the Knight won't let a poor soul be Star food just cause he lost his way home. Together, Knight with his new friend Mage set off on an adventure to find a home, friendship, and secrets!
He knows basic math and writing, but is very shaky in his history. He knows the basics about the Giants and the Giantesses, but only the basics. His true knowledge come from fighting techniques and strategic ways to deal with the Beast Stars and those wicked Burning Stars. He has a very clever mind and improvises many cunning tactics to fight off any amount of evil stars that threaten his world.
Spoiler alert: Knight falls in love with Mage. It's really obvious it's a love story so meh
Knight has a real name, but like Great Knight, he conceals it as a sign of his knighthood. Even though he's a squire and can still technically use it. He says it's all about the principle.
