Big, natural afro.
Champagne brown
Human
Medium dark
Short and petite.
She's almost 40, but she has a youthful appearance that would make you guess 30. She usually wears a gold nose ring that she got before the HC virus took off and went wild.
She's polite, but if you start acting up she'll sass you to your grave.
Ending the plague. She hates it- Who doesn't? As a doctor, she's been trying to develop an effective treatment for it, but so far all she can do is stall the effects for a few days.
She's a little impulsive, but never when she's on the job. She's also donkey-stubborn like nothing you've ever seen.
"Don't worry about tomorrow. Let's deal with today first."
She's a doctor, obviously, but she also has a knack for herbology and botany. She loves succulents, and she has three that she keeps in colorful pots in the Trauma Bay to "lighten things up in there."
She likes to read books and sing
ISTJ or ESTJ
She's nurturing and generous, but also knows a "lil b###h when she sees one." She's witty, sassy and humorous when she's not on the job, but she's very empathetic and understanding as well.
When she's on the job, she's more gently positive and optimistic.
Sometimes, if it's really bad, she'll make jokes as her coping mechanism. Like, for example:
Kid is carried in, bleeding their leg off
Celeste: "Oh no- Sombody tried to play superman off the trailer again, didn't they."

Full education, plus medical school.
The military paid for her medical school because she served as a surgeon for the military. There weren't a lot of wars happening- Just some little skirmishes that would pop up every few years, where some terrorists would rise and try to take over the world. You know, the usual.
She had a cat as a child.
She likes purple and green stuff- Her favorite outfit is a sleeveless purple turtle-neck with black uggs and soft leggings.
She has a blue-gray labcoat she got to keep form her military surgeon days, since it's her size. It's made of a lightweight and futuristic material thats engineered to resist bacteria.
She also has white exoskeletal glove-like devices that wirelessly link up to her computer system and display problems with any patient she scans. The computer has 3D holographic tech instead of a screen, and she uses her hands like a mouse to navigate the 3D projection of her patient.
Computer technology is advanced, but it's no longer as intelligent as it was in the prime of the tech era. Computers have extreme limitations set on them after WWIII- A supercomputer became self-aware and wirelessly linked up will all the androids in the world in efforts to exterminate the human race on behalf of the environment. The supercomputer computer had been programmed beyond human intelligence and given a single goal: To tell humans the solution to every problem. It was called Athena, after the greek goddess of knowledge. WWIII was the World War that united humanity into one race in the desperate fight for survival.

Ravenclaw or Gryffindor
Her grandmother telling her stories about WWIII
Her first time having to identify dead bodies after an explosion.
When she was scouting for survivors of an enemy explosion (Back in military days) she found a boy that was only 16 years old with a shard of shrapnel sticking out of his side. He called out to her, asking for help, and she took him to the truama bay to be treated. He'd lost a lot of blood and was unable to fight for weeks, and the war council wanted to take him off of medication so he wouldn't use up supplies. Celeste and the other doctors were rooting for him, however, and managed to convince the war council to let them finish healing the patient. Since that day, she felt differently about GEU's and wants to end their oppression. She's considered special to Dominik, who didn't have a ton of buddies starting out with the rebels.
She wanted to a gardener when she was little, but decided to be a doctor instead.
She loved her grandmother a lot- She still celebrates her birthday.
