The brains to Kelly's brawn, If you tell her something is white, she'll say it's black. If you ask her a question, she'll give you an answer that could mean anything depending on her mood. Dawn is very carefree, always putting off difficult things to do something easier later.
Due to being the leader of the delinquents, she's manipulative. She'll say something, then do the opposite. She'll promise you something she knows she can't keep.
Rebellious and clever, Dawn has little respect for the law or anyone in power. This especially includes teachers, one of the reasons why she tries to not get caught. She prefers to do as little work as possible, and will gladly take advantage of systems put in place to benefit those who work harder than her.
She is intelligent but lazy. If she isn't finding an easy way to get something done or finding out a loophole, she isn't trying. This makes her bad at all serious schoolwork, but very good with things she has an interest in, such as music or fashion.
Dawn tends to be very stylish and prefers a laid-back life.
While she's the brains of the group, she's no averse to throwing hands.
She is dating Cleo in spite of Cleo being a cheerleader and her being a delinquent.
This does strike a nerve with her outsider image of being a "rebel", as well as called into question her ability to lead the group.
Her delinquenthood is the most important thing to her.
