Hybrid

As the panther hybrid, Aspen takes upon many traits of a panther. She has black, panther-like ears and tail, as well as a set of whiskers.

Aspen's blue-black hair is parted above her left eye, exposing the side of her hair that she has shaved off. The part that should be covering the shaven part is thrown over the part on top of the rest of her hair. Her hair is also extremely short in the back; the longest part of it being in the front where her hair barely touches her shoulders.

Aspen has no facial hair, besides her whiskers.

Aspen's Myers-Briggs personality type is the Entrepreneur, or ESTP-A. She is overwhelmingly extroverted, observant, a good thinker, a prospector and assertive according to that test.

Despite her being extremely messy and sloppy, Aspen is actually a good planner, at least when it comes to things that she knows she shouldn't do, but she wants to regardless. She will have nobody tell her what she can or can't do and she often rebels against the system, always getting quite close to be thrown into jail. At times, she can also be very flirtatious.

Aspen is as vocal as she can be when it comes to politics. She obviously hates how it works and hates how the ruler of the Isle of Ikimono treats the people. She's also done with how He mistreats the hybrids, as it's worse than what he does to the normal people.

In the first book, Aspen's style is unexpected. It's full of pastels and blacks, and is very simple. She wears a light lavender colored blouse that tends to slip down her shoulders slightly at times. In the second book, Aspen's style begins to reflect her personality more. she traded in her lavender blouse for a blood red shirt with sleeves that go down just below her elbows. On the back of her shirt is black lettering that she painted in a heavy-metal type font that reads: HYBRID; just below that in even larger black lettering is the number 2. Her black leggings are now ripped and in the wholes are traces of fishnet material. She still holds on to the pair of shoes from Gaia Cosmides, but she traded in the white laces for blood red ones.
