"We might want to leave now. They know we're here. No time to explain, we need to gt out of here now!" Sherlock said in an urgent tone.

"Hands on." The Doctor said, placing his arm out.

The Doctor and Clara were at a small cafe. They had dropped Sherlock and John back home after their ordeal with the Sontarans, and now were by themselves.

"Doctor, listen. Sherlock isn't okay. You need to talk with him." Clara said.

(Sorry, the times I come online are going to change as my school starts in checks invisible watch twenty minutes so sorry if I can’t respond)

“What do you mean he isn’t okay? He looked fine to me.” He replied sitting back in the chair.

"I mean not okay mentally." Clara said.

“Clara, he is Sherlock Holmes he is never okay mentally, especially now he’s back taking drugs.”

"Doctor. He's mentally ill. You need to help him."

“How? How can I help him, Clara?” He asked.

"Just talk to him. Listen to what he has to say."

“he’ll probably shout at me. That’s all he ever does.”

"Yeah, my point exactly. Sometimes you need a person to shout at."

“Yes but why me? surely John would be better for this?”

“Don’t bring me into this, Doctor. I’ve tried talking to him with no luck.”

Clara rolled her eyes. "John is Sherlock's best friend, and also his doctor, but right now he needs a different kind of doctor." Clara said, putting a hand on the Doctor's arm. "I know you can get through to him."

“Fine, but if it doesn’t work I’m blaming you both.” The Doctor muttered.

“Great. He’s at the flat, come on.” John said, walking out of the cafe.
