Sherlock lead the way to the engine room. They hopped down through a nearby grate. "John, with me. Clara, you go with the Doctor. We should look around. Sontarans are careless, they won't go in here. Probably." he said.
"Probably," The Doctor said, heading left with Clara and John headed right with Sherlock, looking around for anything useful.
Sherlock took a small magnifying glass and examined everything he thought looked suspicious. Which was everything.
"Doctor?" Clara asked her friend. She had followed the Doctor's lead, but she was pretty sure that he didn't know what they were looking for in the first place. Neither did Clara.
"Yes Clara?" He said, opening a hole in the wall and fiddling with the wiring.
"Sherlock, what exactly are we looking for?" He asked him.
"Aren't you a bit worried about Sherlock?" she asked.
Sherlock sighed. "John, I'm not looking for anything. Just trying to distract myself." he said.
"Well, a little but he'll be fine." The Doctor said.
John crossed his arms, "From what?"
"Everything." Sherlock said.
"Doctor, I don't think he will be fine." Clara said, a concerned look on her face.
The Doctor sighed, "Why don't you think he'll be fine?" He asked.
"Define everything?"
"He had drugs. In his house. And that deranged smile painted on the wall full of bullet holes. And the jar of eyeballs in the kitchen sink. He's not okay, Doctor." Clara said.
"Everything, meaning you. And the Doctor. And that Clara woman. But mostly you." Sherlock said, not paying attention to the conversation. At least, not fully.
"Sherlock has never been okay, Clara. No matter how hard anyone tries to fix him, well John is about the only person who can try." He replied.
John knelt down next to Sherlock, "I'm fine, Sherlock, but you aren't"
"I know I'm not alright!" he shouted. "Don't try to comfort me, you'll only fail miserably and make things worse." he spat.
"Doctor, I think that you leaving him had something to do with it." Clara said. "I can't possibly imagine not travelling with you, think about how he feels."
(sorry gtg byee)
(Byeee!)
John new he wasn’t helping the situation so he went off to find Clara and The Doctor. Once he did he said, “Sherlock isn’t… let’s just say he never really adjusted after you leaving him on earth and now is not okay…” he said
"That's what I was trying to tell the Doctor." Clara said, giving the Doctor a death glare. Meanwhile, Sherlock was exploring further. He left the engine room, and found his way to the Sontaran's cloning area.
Hi, you online?
"Doctor you have to talk to him…" John said, concern on his face and The Doctor sighed,
"Fine, I'll talk to him, where is-" Just then sirens blared and a message played through the speakers, INTRUDER IN CLONING BAY ONE, REQUIRE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY
"Well, let's go then." he said, running towards the cloning bay.
Clara sighed, the Doctor didn't seem to understand at all. But there wasn't time for squabbling, they had to find Sherlock and, if needed, save his sorry butt.
Sherlock had been disabling the cloning pods, but unfortunately the alarm went off before he was able to finish his handiwork and blow that room to bits. Damn. he thought, running back to the engine room and bumping into the Doctor.
"Sherlock! Your alright, what happened?" He asked.
John eyed the Doctor warily but then looked to Sherlock, also concerned.
