Nykidia jumped as when Aaron said that. She had drawn a dagger but put it away as she realized it was only Aaron. "I don't know. Honestly this was why I didn't want him to go off on his own. There are plenty poachers and gangs who would die to get their hands on a dragon. Do you have any idea how much a dragon claw will go for on the black market? A live dragon would go for even more." Nykidia explained to Aaron. "This is my fault. I should of warned him." She said as she looked in Eberaus's direction.

The figure stood in place, glancing upwards towards the sky. He remained there for several moments, then the silence was broken by a harsh caw. From above a raven glided downwards. Though there was definitely something off, it not seeming like your average bird. The bird's eyes glowed bright red with no pupils whatsoever. As for the male, he lifted a hand, using a finger to pet the creature's head.
"Ah, there you are my lovely Roric. Well then, shall we get this guy back and grab our pay then?"
The raven moved a bit, stretching its wings. It gave another caw, flapping a bit. As for the strange man, he only gave a soft chuckle. He tapped the bird once, who in turn hopped off his shoulder and to the ground. Shadows started to converge towards the creature, its size suddenly growing larger. All the while, The man stood there watching in silence.
As the shadows started to return to normal, there was no longer a raven, but a massive, vicious looking roc that stood in its place. The giant bird turned its head, eyes glowing gold now. It lowered itself, waiting patiently for its rider.
Now, as for the rider, he didn't approach. Instead, he spoke out loud, "No use hiding in the shadows. Might as well make yourselves known now before I just start riddling the place with bullets. Though I will say, it is quite an effective way to get rid of eyes where they don't belong."
It seemed he had sensed he was being watched, and knew it. His head turn, eyes swirling from gold, to red, then back again to gold. His gaze landed where the pair were trying to lay low.
"I would prefer not adding more to the pile of bodies I have made, but let's just say I was told to do whatever was necessary, even if it means a few lives are lost. Heh, not that it's my problem anyways."
Hell yeah! Quin and Heath are probably my favorite couple to write.//
"S***" Nykidia mumbled. She grabbed Aaron and with one swift movement leaped onto the top of the building. She looked down on the man. "That's our dragon. So get you hands off him." she said with upmost confidence.
Aaron stepped back seeing her weapon, preferring that he stay unharmed. As Nykidia put it away he listened to what she had to say. It made sense. With immortal species gone for the most part dragons were the next closet thing with their power and long lives, so it was probably true that they would be worth plenty. He almost spoke up, but instead shut his mouth quickly as he found himself being taken through the air. He blinked, getting his bearings, as they landed on a roof with him wondering how that was possible. Sure he jumped high, but he didn't think he could reach a rooftop carrying someone. He pushed the thought away as he spotted a man with Eberaus and an odd bird companion. He growled, "Hey, he's with us! How about you and your over sized bird get out of here?" Aaron was already annoyed with people, this just ticked him off even more. He didn't need someone trying to drag off people he knew. I might kill him if he tries to pick a fight over Eberaus.
Nysaxiope washed off her face and changed into a comfortable orange sweater that matched the tip of her tail and hair. She could her below her Lovino and Nyskidia calling at her, but she ignored them. She then heard footsteps, and the close of a door. She heard them again and again, each with different weights when their feet hit the floor. Probably Eberaus, Nykidia, and then Aaron. Which meant downstairs was only Lovino, Mylnorr, Faraneer, and Mirdairn. She decided it was a good idea to leave, so she opened her window and floated outside, at the highest she could float at ~30 feet up.
As she floated above the streets, in the corner of her eye she saw Aaron and Nykidia on top of a building talking to someone.
What the…?
Lovino sighed and walks out seeing Quin and Heath on the street “hay.” He says waving a little at them
Quin looked a little startled, sending Heath a look that asked if this was normal. "Um… Hi?" Quin said, letting Heath pull him along.
Lovino walksnover to them “your gods right?” He quipped looking at them.
"Yes?" Quin said, leaning into Heath a bit. "Yes we are! And you are too?" Heath asked, ever curious.
Yep!” Lovino said “why are you here it unusual to see gods walking about like this?” He inquired.
"I just moved here…" Quin trailed off, leaving Heath to finish his sentence. "I moved here too, I had visited this city a few times and was showing him around!"
Lovino smirks holding out a hand “names Lovino Vargas But you can call me sparky,” he says
