Yes, they can't really go out into the sun. But when first turned you aren't as affected by the sun at first though with a bit of time sun becomes unbearable.
They can eat garlic, have holy water and all that stuff. All of that stuff were myths
Of course stabbing them with a stake would kill them, you are literally stabbing them in the heart.
If they get hurt, yes, they will bleed. Of course it will hurt. But won't kill and they heal fast
