Riann tensed up at first, not sure if it was Felix. Once she realized it was him, she leaned into his embrace. "Don't worry, I'm still alive."

"Nyctea and the saints, I'm glad you're alive." he brushed away some sand from his cheek. "You'll never believe what Caspian did to me." she was still as beautiful as ever.

Riann grimaced at the sound of her twin brother's name. "What did he do."

"He locked me outside in a sandstorm on top of a thirty foot tall balcony that crashed down." Felix placed a hand on just one of his many bloody scrapes. "I didn't die, though."

"He's going to pay for that." Riann said quietly, her gaze looking towards his cuts. Her hand moved towards one of the wounds, hovering above it. "We need to wrap these up, okay?" She finally said, looking up.

"Yeah." he murmured, resting his chin on top of her head.

Riann sighed, leaning against his chest, suddenly forgetting where she was. She couldn't remember another time where she had been so open to someone else. After all, Felix had been her closest friend since they were three.

"Do you have any bandages?" Felix asked, putting his arms around her shoulders.

"We can buy some, but we'll need to use cloth for now." Riann replied softly.

Alyssa finally spoke up. "If you need I have years of medical expertise up my sleeve."

He nodded, glacier-eyes softening as he looked into hers. "That'll do."

"Think you can wrap him up then?" Riann said, clearing her voice and resuming her usual confident demeanor as she stepped away from Felix.

Felix furrowed his brow, stepping back and dusting the sand off his arms.

Alyssa nodded and stood up. She kept herself a distance away from Felix though as she asked, "Where exactly are you hurt?"

"I believe that my elbows and knees have scrapes on them as well as parts of my stomach." he narrowed his eyes, noticing her step back and decided to step back as well. Is it a game?

(Lol he thinks it's a game she's terrified that he's going to hurt her……..)
Alyssa nodded and looked around as she pulled a small vial off a chain around her neck. "Is there any cloth I could use?"

Riann slipped her jacket off, handing it to Alyssa. "This should work."

"I don't know?" he crinkled his brow, confused.

Alyssa nodded and took it silently. She tore it into strips and sling them over her shoulder. "This could sting a little so please don't hurt me." She told Felix with a slight tremble in her voice.

The girl was afraid. Felix clenched his fists, mouth opening a little bit. She was afraid of him. He drew in a sharp breath, unaware that he had been unable to breath for a second there. She was afraid of him. It made sense, he was a sand-covered tall soldier wearing an imposing uniform with too many medals who worked for the royal family. But Felix knew there was a time when he would've been amused with her fear. And he would have played with her mind. Acting like a big shot who wasn't afraid of any consequences. Felix attempted a smile as he looked into the girls face.
"I'm not going to hurt you," he whispered, face contorting into a look of it's-okay.

"He's being honest," Breeze piped up from the background. She had finisged with the belladonna and placed it in a different capsule.

"Funny, because that's what someone that would hurt someone would say." Cade shot back, only half-joking.
