duke looked down at his wrists, he didn't have any bracelets on him, but then he remembered what happened. "… bracelet-.. OH! yeah, i think you have the magic necklace thing."

“Oh yeah I do have that necklace” Axolotl reaches into her pocket and grabs the necklace “Did you want it back?”

duke steps forward and reaches out to take it but hesitates. "hmm, that might not be a good idea." he puts his hand back down remembering all the bears from before.

“Fine but if I get mauled by bears I’m blaming you” Axolotl smiles mischievously at duke and puts the necklace back in her pocket

duke laughed nervously, he wanted to warn her about what bear laws were easily broken but he couldn't remember for the life of him. "heh… yeah.."

“Trust me Bears are not my thing so I’ll stay away” Axolotl rubs her arm awkwardly pulling down her sleeve

"so what have you been up to since i left?"

“Nothin, just sitting bored waiting for my friend to come back because everyone else has there own drama going on” Axolotl shrugs slightly looking slightly down

"ah.. well then….." he felt a bit guilty about leaving, but then had an idea and grinned. "hey, wanna do stupid stuff that may or may not get one of killed, for fun?"

Axolotl puts on the necklace “You know me so well! So where do we start”

duke digs around in his messenger bag and pulls out a map. "i think i got something." the map mostly looked like a 3 year old tried finger painting with every color ever but duke seemed to understand how to read it.
(i have a half baked idea, we can just work on it as we go)

Axolotl stares at what she thought was a finger painting kind of confused “Right and what are gonna do with your kindergarten assignment? And how’s your alphabet going kiddo?” Axolotl said very sarcasticly

"shut up, i wasn't me who made it. i wouldn't have used so much yellow." he traced his finger down a bright, electric blue line thay seemed a bit more consistent then most of the others. "if we follow this path, i was told we'd find someone who could lead us to something valuable."

“Right, okay sure. Wait what kind of valuable?” Axolotl rubs her hands together ominously

"i dunno, i probably should have listened a bit more before I ran off with it. oops." he pointed at the red and green lines. "and i think one of these two was either mortal danger or a scenic walk."
