(ok! It's fine!)
Alex nodded. "Yeah I did." He stood, putting his backpack on. "Oh, yeah." He said, looking around. "Well…see you around?"

Alex nodded. "Yeah I did." He stood, putting his backpack on. "Oh, yeah." He said, looking around. "Well…see you around?"
Damien stood up, picking up his backpack and slinging it over his shoulders. “Yeah, I’ll see you,” he responded with a nod, giving a small friendly smile.
Alex nodded, and smiled. He started walking. "Oh hang on!" He stopped. "Aren't you in one of my classes? Math, maybe?" He turned back to Damien with a smile.
Damien had turned on his heel, beginning to walk away, when he stopped as Alex called out to him. He nodded his head. “Yeah, I think I am. I knew you look- looked familiar.”
Alex nodded. "Right. Well, maybe we can sit together, then? Maybe you can help me out…I'm not too good at math." He admitted with a chuckle.
Damien gave a soft bit of laughter, adjusting the collar of his flannel material shirt a tad. “Sure, I can,” he agreed. He was pretty good at math, mostly because it didn’t really require any english.
Alex grinned. "Alright, thanks!" He said. "I should be off, i have to.pick up my younger sister. See ya!" He waved, and started walking.
“Yeah, I’ll talk to you later,” Damien responded, turning again and walking away. He made his way out the doors and outside, squinting up at the sun. It was hot and bright, but he didn’t want to take off his top.
"No, it's totally fine." Rae tapped his shoulder. "It feels nice out. Shall we sit outside." There were chairs and tables outside in the front of the building. Take wondered if they would see one of their classmates, since this place was so close to the school.
Alex made his way outside, and stretched. He shaded his eyes against the sun, then made his way towards his car.
Damien didn’t own a car. His family lived in a small apartment nearby, so he always walked to and from school. He’d do that again today, considering he hadn’t brought any bus money this time. He walked down the side walk, occasionally tugging at his turtleneck or messing with his hair.
Alex got in the car and started it. He had to pick his sister up from the middle school, and then he could drive home. His car was in need of a repair, but…money was too tight to allow it right now.
“Nothing really, you?” She asked, looking over at him sweetly. She’d known him for a while but only ever as a classmate

“Sure, sounds good to me,” Nathan replied with another smile. He held the door open for her again.
(ack sorry i didn’t see your post earlier)
Rae found a table that was shaded so that it would be a bit cooler. "It's so nice today." Looking around she saw many people walking down the street with smiles on their faces. Happiness filled her, Rae was glad her dad moved them all here. "Do you think we'll see anyone from school?"
Nathan shrugged. “It’s possible,” he replied, not really wanting to. Up until this year he hadn’t exactly had people lining up to be his friend (and even now he wasn’t very popular). The idea of seeing people from school made him a bit anxious, but Rae was so happy he supposed it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world to see a classmate.
