Finn got out of the car placing his keys back into his pocket.

Jay got out, looking over at the mall. He was still biting his lip a little.

"Do you want to go to any of the stores?" He asked starting to walk in.

Jay shrugged, following him. "I don't know." He replied quietly.

"We can look around," He said walking into the mall. He walked toa random kids' clothing store first. "I have to get some things for Poppy first."

Jay nodded. "Alright." he mumbled softly. He tugged on his hood again, keeping it in front of his face.

"I might be awhile. If you want we can separate and meet up after or you can stay with me," he suggests already looking at some clothes.

"I would…rather stay with you. If you're okay with that." Jay replied softly.

"I'm fine with that," He said looking over some shirts and pants.

Jay nodded, and stuck near him. He spotted two men who looked to be just a bit older than himself and Finn, walking together, their marks glowing brightly. His eyes darted to Finn, then down to the floor.

Finn tried to ignore the slight tingly feeling on his hand. He wants to rub the cream off and let their marks shine but he knew he couldnt. he whent and paid for the clothes.

Jay stayed near Finn, quiet. He chewed on his lower lip a little.

Finn walked out of the store and into a different store. It had all styles of clothes. "You should pick out an outfit. Since you can't get your own right now," He suggests staying close to Jay.

Jay bit his lip a little. "No, I…" He shook his head. "I don't have my wallet. Last time I brought it to school everything got stolen, so I don't bring it anymore, s-so I don't have any money right now." He explained slowly. "I'll be fine with just these."

“It’s fine I’ll pay,” he offers. “And before you say no It’s not my money it’s my aunts. You’ve seen my house she won’t even notice that I spent it.”

Jared hesitated, biting his lip again. It wad a habit he couldn't seem to break. "I…"

Finn shook his head. "Nope, no arguing. Go find at least one outfit," Finn pushes. He definitely wasn't going to let Jay leave the mall with only one outfit. This one was just for Finn to see his style then they can go to another store that might fit that style.

Jay grimaced. "Fine." he looked around, and grabbed a t shirt that would fit, along with jeans. "There." he said.

Finn looked at the clothes and nodded. “Ok you might want something warm it’s getting cold out.”

Jay nodded, and grabbed a jacket, too. "Done." He said quietly.

“You sure that’s all you want?” He asked looking at a rack of clothes as well.

He nodded. "Yeah." he replied slowly.

Finn bit his cheek. “Do you want to try them on?” He asked.

Jay shrugged. "I…I guess." he replied slowly.

Finn gestured to the dressing room. "Tell me if they fit. If they don't I'll get you another size," Finn suggests.
