(Since the two representatives are here, let me clarify first. The person you two (IriDes and Crese) are going to talk to is not the Sorceress and not the magicians but it will be another character who I will play)

Vincent smiled subtly at the scientist’s words. He waited by the tree and in a short amount of time, a drone arrived. It was armored, as per usual, and it presented the small pack of those sweet, sweet batteries. Six would be the exact number given to him. Seeing the drone fly back, he raised his collar.
”Oi, thanks. Got them faster than I would’ve expected” he spoke into the badge as it transferred to Kreuger’s side.
”Alright…” with that, Vincent plopped one of those batteries into a socket made in his sword’s handle and closed the lid. He pressed a button on the sword and sparks emitted from the blade. He slashed once, cutting the tree beside him down with ease. Smiling, he turned the system off first and sheathed the blade. The weapon was a last resort after all.
He continued moving through the forest, playing a game of hide-n-seek with the magicians while having the advantage of seeing through the trees.

@IriDes

While they were walking down along the hallway, Varsha felt something flowing along her body and along the hallway, she took the urge to use her power an examine it. It was a flow of magic energy, such a strong presence. As she predicted this place really is the gathers of most of the unique magic items and powerful magic casters. Even though her face didn't move, she mentally smiled out of excitement. Before they went any further, Varsha called up to the man from Cershestin who was still walking around the yard.

@ADog

"Don't underestimate my creations" Kreuger said before he stumbled inside the palace, his bodyguard watching his back. He definitely feel the chill from inside the building as the atmosphere was different from Mara's palace. He followed the magician and royal guard from a distance, mainly to enjoy his walk to the meeting room without disturbance.

@ShadeStar

Valerie leads them through the hallways. Her mind tracing the area like a silent map before leading them to a smaller door. She opened it up for the pair of them and turned to them both, eyes on the bodyguard and the royal guard, "This is where you will meet with our representative. They will be with you shortly so just make yourself comfortable."

@CasiCasino group

(Hey, le Bard, I have something for you to do: Investigation :D)

The people in Atruxiavir were gossiping about a guard being murdered on patrol. The streets were filled with such rumors but no one really knew what was going on. No one could prove whether or not the rumor was true as no one was daring enough to enter the forest.

@ADog

Kreuger bent his head down enough to walk past Valerie through the door. He ordered his bodyguard to wait outside of the room and not to worry about him. He then turned and looked around to see the atmosphere of the room.

@CasiCasino group

Soon after the representatives have entered the room, a young bespectacled gentleman, around the height of Varsha, wearing a navy suit and a golden tie came into the room. He had straight blonde hair and a pair of emerald green eyes. In his hand, there was a folder full of papers and documents. He nodded to Valerie once before he placed his free hand on his chest and introducing himself: ”Greetings, I am Oscar, an arch magician of Setriutan, glad to meet both of you”
He started to walk to his seat but when he passed by Valerie, he leaned in…
”Keep an eye on both of them, stand by the door” he whispered before making his way to his seat and sitting down.
He opened his folder and began…
”Let us start with something new you all should be aware of; the murder of the Atruxiavir bandits. Reports have said that culprit was perhaps an assassin from Cershestin… Now, Dr. Kreuger—“ Oscar gestured to the man ”—if you were to be so cooperative, could you tell me a reason why your assassin is not guilty?”

@Dinner

(Oh, thanks!)
Echo decided to “sneak” out of the castle, a bit bored, right after packing his stuff back up. He hadn’t gotten all of the information yet, but from what he heard, a guard had been murdered, or went missing. Finally, some action!, he thought, then immediately inwardly cringed with that thought. He approached a guard, thinking that they might have more facts on how the guard died/went missing. “Uh, hello there!,” he said in a lighthearted voice. “Do you know how your fellow guard might’ve died? And any suspects?”

@CasiCasino group

The guard was a young female in an armor that covered her entire body. She turned when the Bard approached her and gasped a bit at the fact that he knew about the latest murder.
”W-Well, the patrol team said that he was shot through the head and decapitated. There was also something quite unusual beside the corpse. You see, the body was leaned against a tree while the head was presented on a branch and beside the body there was a symbol. I’m not sure what it is but it’s a ‘V’ followed by three ‘I’s [VIII] written in blood. Right now, the guards speculated that it was probably the same person who killed the bandits last night” the guard answered. She wasn’t the most opened of the guards but her answer was probably enough to get an idea of what was happening.

@ADog

"Certainly Mr. Oscar" Kreuger said as he looked down into the Arch magician's eye. "Our assassin has not killed anyone from the Atruxiavir kingdom" He stated with confidence. "The weapon used by our assassin is a sword powered by battery. It need electricity to operate and would certainly leave burnt marks on victims. I am the creator of his weapon. Our assassin is also not a serial killer, he is not mental and his work must be done quick. With his skill he would simply decapitate in one clean hit and would not bother on creating marks or symbols on corpses. I have also received news of the guard being killed just recently but as I stated before he must be reliable and he is swift, otherwise he could not have climbed up the ranks, he had no time to decapitate his victim even if he had already shot the victim through the head." He offered his defense on behalf of his friend

@ShadeStar

Valerie gave the mister a nod and stood by the door inside the room. She debated clearing one of the sigils before deciding it best to keep both active. The silence was deafening for a moment but she knew it would clear soon enough.

@CasiCasino group

Oscar listened carefully and nodded subtly at what the doctor said.
”As for the bandits’ case, it is true that there is no proof whether or not it was done by the assassin. However, as for the guard’s case, the weapon used was a gun of some sort meaning that, more likely than not, it was someone from your kingdom. But I’m not the one pointing fingers here…” Oscar noted something down on his document using a quill pen.
”That assassin in question… Vincent, was it? I know he works with you but miss Varsha—“ he turned to the royal guard from Atruxiavir ”—do you know him? If not, I can fill you in with the information necessary”

@IriDes

Varsha nodded and answer the question frankly.
I don’t actually know him but I do know that he tried to break into our castle, but after he noticed that I was watching him, he falls back and escaped from the back of the castle. So, if the massacre of the guards occurred in the forest in front of the castle then, the assassin from the Cershestin kingdom couldn’t have been the culprit.

@CasiCasino group

Oscar was not convinced by the claim but he chose to believe otherwise. He did not have the permission to question such things. Upon noting down what the royal guard had said, he eyed Valerie. For a moment, he stayed like that then returned to his papers.
”Let us go to our next, more important, topic. The relationships between the three kingdoms have been… questionable. It is believed by many within the kingdoms that sooner or later, a war may break out between the kingdoms. To what degree do you believe that a war will occur…? There is no right or wrong answer, I just want to know your thoughts on this” he stated

@ADog

Of course being a Cershestinian he believed in war. Especially one with a high ranking. It was certain for war to happen but he obviously wouldn't want his foes to expect it to happen. He wanted to put his enemies at a disadvantage. "I believe that there is a chance of happening as a matter of fact, though without confirmation as there is not a huge enough incident to become a reason for war. This murder incident is too little to be a declaration of war, unless it escalates further" It was obvious that Kreuger explained in a scientific way

@CasiCasino group

Oscar understood Kreuger’s point yet he did not fully agree with the idea.
He believed that a war was very unlikely yet he did not bring this up. He did not believe that killing mere bandits and a guard would cause a war though the culprit’s life as at risk whoever it was.
”And you?” Oscar gestured to the guard from Atruxiavir.

@PrettyLittlePyro

Mara rolled her eyes. "He's helped me so far, and been more useful than all of you combined. I'm not releasing him from my services." She scowled. "And we are not making peace with the other kingdoms! I've been over this with you, so many times. We don't need peace. We're a warring kingdom; peace would only destroy us."

She leaned back in her seat, staring at them with her glowing eyes, made all the more spooky by the dimness in the room. "I want this to stop. Now."

"But the Queen - "

"The Queen has been in a coma for fourteen months now!" Mara snapped, looking furious. "And do you know why? Because she tried to make peace! So don't lecture me on why it's good for the kingdom, and for me, when clearly, Cershestin has more benefits as a warring land. Why don't you see that? Why are you all so blind?" She was fuming.

@IriDes

Upon hearing the question, Varsha’s expression was cold, she didn’t care about war. If anyone stands in her or her queen’s way, she’ll annihilate them without a pang of guilt.
I shall do as the queen commands, If the queen truly wish for the war then I shall aid her to the end
She had no intuition to decide, she just had to do what the queen asked of her.

@The-Magician group

(Okay thank you. I really hate these time zone differences because you guys are always online when I’m asleep, so I end up coming back to streams of responses)
