Ari watched him worriedly, but nodded. "Alright. Let me know if you do need my help with anything." he replied. His voice carried a hint of an accent. The type that came from the area of the Middle East that used to be Persia. His accent was, in reality, just that. A Persian one. But it sounded like a Middle Eastern one, mostly, and no one could really tell it apart from them. Which was good for him, otherwise he would have to explain why his accent was so strange. Instead, most just assumed he was an immigrant or refugee.

Name: Andre Marcus Waylon
Age: 24
Gender/Pronouns: Male, He/him
Sexual/Romantic Orientation: Bi, leans towards guys
Personality: Andre is typically rather reserved, and is rather blunt in speech, choosing to cut straight to the meaning of his words instead of beating around the bush. He doesn't sugarcoat things, and will always tell the truth no matter how much it hurts. He will, however, guard his secrets with his life, and won't willingly give up details of his past. Those times are when he can and will lie to protect himself.
Motivations: freedom; money;

Appearance: Andre is of about average height, with a slim, well-muscled build. He has fair skin, with a light tan and freckles dotted across his cheeks and shoulders. He has curly, long-ish brown hair (Kinda like Matthew Clavane, if you know who that is). His eyes are a green/blue color, rather like the sea itself. He typically wears a loose, cream colored shirt, or a dark jacket, sometimes both at the same time, along with dark pants. His left ear is pierced, though he doesn't always wear an earring in it. He has dimples when he smiles. He wears a signet ring on his left hand, though he never tells anyone whose signet it is.
Worst Fear: being found by his father
The Role on the Ship: Skipper (charts course and steers the ship, along with ordering whether the sails are up, down, or half-mast. Basically in charge of keeping the ship in one piece and on course)
Why They Joined and How Long They've Been There: He joined because he needed a way to get out of his home country, and had long been drawn to the sea. He was with a number of other pirate crews prior to this, and has been with this crew for about three years.
Brief Backstory: Andre Waylon was born Andre Duvar, the son of a Duke and the oldest child, and only son. His father was rather abusive, though never in a way that Andre could prove, and, as Andre aged and started being more interested in boys and swords and sailing than in running the family manor, he and his father drifted even further apart. His mother died while giving birth to his youngest sister, Laura. He has three younger sisters, Elizabeth, Mary, and Laura, who, after their mother's death, moved in with an aunt because they "needed a woman's touch". When he was 18 years old, he ran away from home and has been sailing ever since. The signet ring is the only thing he still has from where he grew up.
Other: nobody on the ship would know about his past. He also speaks two languages fluently, and sort of speaks a third
