"Okay," He dragged the body to the door.
"Okay," He dragged the body to the door.
They hauled the bag into the backseat, and Juliette turned to Drew. "I'll drive."
"You sure?" He asked, handing the keys over.
"Yeah."
They drove to the river, and took the bag out.
"Just throw it in?" He asked, getting ready to haul it in.
She nodded, and when he tossed it in, she turned away.
They drove back to the bar (Juliette was now getting sick of it), and went inside.
"Hey Ringo," He called to the bartender, "We've done it. Is K in?"
"Nah, he's out. He'll be in later though," Ringo said wiping a glass with a dirty rag.
"When?"
"Later," Ringo grunted again, leaving them to talk with another customer.
"Why don't we go out somewhere?" she asked Drew.
"Yeah. You can pick." He said, leaving the bar and heading to the car.
They got on the road again, and Juliette drove to a library.
"You alright?" He asked, them finally able to let their guards down.
"I'm fine," she told him again. "I'm just gonna wander in here for a little bit."
"Okay, tell me when you want to go home." He said, getting out the car when they get to the library.
She wandered aimlessly for a while, occasionally taking a book off a random shelf and skimming through it. Sometimes, if the book was interesting, she would sit right down and read.
Drew found a book he was interested in and he started to read it.
When she felt like enough time had passed, she got up and went to find Drew.
Drew was sat on one of the coffee coloured chairs, reading a book.
"Let's go," she called to him as quietly as possible.
"Hmm?" He looked up, "Oh sure," He whispered, putting the book back where he got it.
"Here's hoping he's actually there this time…" she muttered as they approached the car.
(Brb)
"Yeah," He agreed, following her to the car.
(I gotta go anyway X)
(Heyyy)
