“ frost.” hiro warned, sounding hurt “ you wouldn't ask your own brother first!” he whispered

Frost looked at Hiro and rubbed his hands together.
“Oh yeah! This is gonna be amazing! Prince Finn would you like to get involved?”
Finn narrowed his eyes and looked at Frost intently.
“I really like this outfit, but it can possibly be washed… I might be in. Gimme a few minutes to decide. And let me enjoy my meal first.”

Hiro smirked and nudged finn “ com’on”

Finn lightly shoved Hiro back.
"I was gonna do it, but I want to eat in peace first. Plus I intend to catch master Luke off guard. It is one of the funniest things to see."
Frost leaned in really close.
"I like catching my Ama off guard. It's fantastic. Ada just looks at me and I know I'm going to get it later on. Ama usually gets me out of it."

“ ill save you little brother, let me start it. They never I couldn't start one,” he said and chuckled slyly

Frost narrowed his eyes.
"I like the way you think. Throw it at me first so I can get the wookie involved. It's going to be good."
Prince Finn rolled his eyes.
"At least eat some of your food before you throw it. Don't waste it."

“I'm lactose intolerant, can't eat much of it.” hiro said before taking a bit of the vegetable and then scooping up a large spoonful of mashed potatoes and throwing them at frost “ha!”

Frost gasped when the potatoes hit his shirt. He started manically laughing and stood up on the table and kicked potatoes towards Winter. Winter reacted too late. It hit her shirt and she looked at Frost. Luke started laughing until potatoes hit him in the face. Elias was rolling and so was Han. Chewbacca stopped that by dumping potatoes on Han's head. Leia picked up a spoonful of fruit and threw it at Finn. Chewbacca picked up the vegetables and hurled them at Elias. Food was flying an no one was spared. All the while Frost was standing on the table cackling like a mad child.

Hiro was laughing happily, a first for a while. He used the force to help protect finn “get ada frost!” he yelled happilyb

Frost took it as a challenge. He hurled himself, mess and all, at Elias. He hit Elias so hard, the both of them crashed to the floor. There was giggling and laughing all around. And just as soon as it had begun, the food fight ended. Everyone was a mess. Winter looked around the room.
"Well… So much for being clean. We'll have to shower again. Now I'm not normally one to condone food fights, but I think we all needed something a little stupid and childish to unwind. It was fun while it lasted."
Han and Chewbacca agreed with Winter. Luke and Leia were a little apprehensive at first, but they agreed. Elias agreed, but wasn't too happy at being dirty again. Finn turned towards Hiro.
"Now that was a welcome breath of fresh air compared to the bore and chore of senate work. I thoroughly enjoyed that."

“I'm really going to have to teach you to lay your speech back huh?” he teased “ you sound. So regal it's almost annoying”

Finn rolled his eyes.
"Well when you've been raised in royalty and in the senate your whole life, it kind of just happens. It's not too bad."
Leia clapped her hands to get everyone's attention.
"I'm glad we all had a fantastic time. Now we needs to get out of here and let the cleaning droids do their jobs. We all have busy days tomorrow. With all the commotion the Hothians brought, and the squall on the landing pad, everything is going to be a hot topic tomorrow. However, it did shed light on the siege of Artorias. which is what we needed to talk about anyway. So goodnight, and I will see you all tomorrow."
Han and Chewbacca waved at Elias and walked out after Leia, and Luke bowed his head towards Winter, and left. Winter helped Elias up and picked up Frost. Winter looked at Hiro.
"Alright Kiddo. Say your goodbyes. We're heading back up to the room. You need another shower, Elias and I need another shower, and Frost needs a power wash."
Frost cackled and put his grubby hands on Winter's face. Winter sighed and looked at her husband.
"He gets this from you, ya know."

Hiro chuckled softly, “bye finn, guess I'll see you tomorrow, “ he said a little awkwardly and walked a little hastily to hide behind his father

Finn bowed his head.
"I will see you tomorrow then."
Elias softly laughed at Hiro's antics. The got in the elevator and went up to their floor. When the doors to the elevator opened, Elias went and opened the door.
"Alright everyone in. Winter, you go take that boy you're holding and blast him with soap and water. He's probably got potatoes where potatoes shouldn't be. Hiro, go hop in the shower. After Frost is finished, Win you take a shower and I'll watch him. Then when you're done, you'll watch him. We'll all chill out afterwards and watch something on the holo tv. Sounds good?"
Winter had already walked past Elias, and Frost howled in indignation.
"I WILL NOT TAKE A BATH!"
Winter threw Frost over her shoulder.
"Yep. Sounds great hun. I'm like two steps ahead of you. Frost is quite literally leaking potatoes."
Elias laughed at his son and his wife's frantic walking to the bathroom holding their son who was fighting tooth and nail to not get cleaned.

Hiro laughed softly, “I was hoping there could be a place were I could train with my saber?”

Elias scratched his head.
"Normally the Jedi temple ruins are open, but after the fiasco today, they were shut down until they could be secured. I guess you could practice in your room, or a large open area. We have plenty of space. Go for it."

Hiro nodded, heading toward his room to shower

Elias watched Hiro walk off and then headed towards his room. He walked into the bathroom and Frost was still trying to fight Winter about the bath even with shampoo in his hair. All Elias could do was laugh at his son. Soon enough, Winter finished the bath and handed him off to Elias to dress him. Elias dressed him in karlini silk pjs and let him run off. Winter had already gotten into the shower, so Elias stood there and waited for her to get done. When she was done, he got in the shower. He finished up shortly. He came out of the shower, put on pjs, and flopped on the bed. He looked at Winter.
"It's been a day. I'm exhausted."
Winter flopped on top of Elias.
"You're telling me. You have bedtime with Frost tonight. I bathed him."
Elias groaned.
"Do I have too?"
Winter kissed Elias on the cheek.
"Yes hun. Go deal with your spawn."
Elias pushed off the bed and went to go get Frost.
"Son. Bedtime."
Frost squealed and came charging towards Elias. Elias took him towards his room and laid him in his bed. Soon enough Frost was asleep, and Elias went to go check on Hiro. He spoke in a hushed tone towards him.
"Hey, you can stay up as late as you want, but you're going to have to go to bed soon."

Hiro hadn't been paying attention. The smoke from his mouth, his force, had created a shadow fighter.
It was his father..
Hiro was mid-combat, fighting toe to toe in extra effort training. His body moved like the air around his blade. His concentration is almost impenetrable, hyperfocused of the sight of the ghostly figure.!

Elias watched in fascination.
"Interesting. Do you know if you can make more than one? That's a neat trick."
(Is its Elias, or Hiro's biological dad 😅)

(hiros bio dad) hiro looked over and nodded, letting more smoke pour from his mouth as more clones appeared

Elias nodded in approval.
"That's pretty cool. That could come in handy later on. I'm going to go bed right now. I'm dog tired. Goodnight Hiro."

Hiro nodded and let the clones fade “night dad,” he said and yawned

Elias went and crawled into bed with Winter, and they soon fell fast asleep.
(Time Skip timeeeee, we gotta build some plot things.)
As the weeks passed on Coruscant, Finn and Hiro grew closer in friendship as they got to know each other better. Leia was fighting more and more for the people of Artorias with Winter by her side. During the day, Elias was training Frost in Force healing, and when Winter had a break, she would teach Frost and Hiro combat, while using and manipulating the Force. Luke, Han, and Chewbacca had teamed up and were going through the galaxy as ambassadors trying to rally support for the people of Artorias. And everything was great.

Winter and Leia were coming back from the latest senate meeting. Leia groaned.
"I can't with all of these senators who are so clueless. They are all so dead set on pushing their own agenda when really we need to focus on Artorias. If Artorias falls, the outer rim will follow suit. None of them have really ever seen war. They've only seen the Empire. And the Empire was wiped out when the Rebellion and the New Republic came into power."
Winter rubbed the back of her neck.
"Yeah I know. It's insane. Speaking of other things, I might head to the med bay and get a blood test. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold or something. I don't know. Something just feels off."
Leia laughed.
"A Hothian getting a cold? Now that's a first."
Winter rolled her eyes and laughed.
"Oh ha ha. I'm going to see them later. I'll tell you the results. I seem to be with you more than my own husband right now."
Frost and Elias were in the training room. Elias had brought small animals and plants that needed help and he was teaching Frost how to heal them. Frost was doing well, but Elias was worried.
"Come on son you can do it."
Frost strained with effort.
"I'm trying. This is hard."
Elias told him to stop, and he hugged him.
"You're doing well son. Let's take a break for the day."

Hiro spared with Finn, and playfully pulled him close, his soft giggle something to relish in.

His smoke had been a soft pink whenever he spent time with Finn, or it was a ruby red when he got flushed in the cheeks.
He noticed his mother heading to the bay “you okay momma?” he asked from down the hall

Finn laughed more than he ever had when he was with Hiro. It was always a good time. They had stopped sparring as Winter drew closer and passed them headed to the medical bay. Winter looked towards Hiro and smiled when he asked if she was okay.
"I should be fine Hiro. I just feel off today. Maybe a cold or something. Leia has already made the oh no a Hothian getting a cold we're all doomed joke. I'm going to go get a blood test to see what's up. It should be no more than an hour. I'll let you know what comes of it."

Hiro nodded “if you are sick I will make some broth and noodles for you,” he said and went back to sparing
