Iris raised an eyebrow. (Oops sorry I forgot my character is named Iris, I've been using Ava for some of my replies ACK!) "Well then…" but she continued eating.

"So… Iris, what do you think our powers are?" Mason asked, "Anyone else have any ideas?" He turned to the rest of the group.

Personality: Likes cartography and good at chemistry

"I don't know, really, what do you think?" she asked.

“I don’t know. I mean- look at me- do I look like I control shadows?” She looked down at her bright outfit and strawberry blonde hair.

"I'm not sure either thats why I'm asking! Hey, you lot with powers, before you discovered them, did you get a sort of side effect thing? Cause recently everything has been super loud for me like talking is a little like shouting sometimes"

"I mean, I guess I don't know why but I recently got into discovering cool tricks and stuff on technology… did you know there's a secret Area 51 radio channel? It just says 'Area 51' over and over though, but it's cool!"

"How the hell did you find… How…? You're not supposed to find stuff like that. That's why it's a 'secret' radio channel"

Iris just grinned. "Easy, I just messed around with it a bunch… haha"

Mason gave her a weird sideways look

"So!" Mason slammed his hands into the table "Tomorrow in power control, I'm going to volunteer to fight!" He was nervous about this. He never volunteered for anything really, especially in power control.

"What?" Iris asked, surprised. "I mean, if you want to do it the 'ol fashioned way, then sure, I guess.. do you even have experience fighting?"

"Of course I have experience! I've been fighting powerless at this school all year!"

"Huh, okay then…"

"Besides! I have a strategy!"

"Oh? Well let's hear it!" Iris replied, intrigued.

"I can't tell you in case I have to fight you! Besides, I have to test it first"

Iris raised an eyebrow. "…alright then. This should be interesting. Also, when does lunch end?"

"Uhhh" Mason tried to check the clock, muttering under his breath "Can't. Read. Clocks"

"It's fine, I don't need it in minutes, I'm just wondering. Like for example is there a set time?" Iris hurried to assure him.

Mason froze and blinked multiple times. "Around 1 I think?"

"Oh, okay then…" Iris pulled out her phone, and the display turned on, showing the lock screen. 12.46pm, it read. "So… four… fourteen minutes until lunch ends," she said as she did the quick math, and she shoved her phone back into her pocket.

"R-right." Mason stuttered looking embarressed

Sucorra quietly ate, not wanting to bother the others. After all, they seemed to be having a good time right now. Why should she ruin that?
