Victor nods slowly before shutting his eyes, and leaning back. He felt himself ease into the couch, his breathing slowing as he let his sense guide him.
(Should we have the assassination attempt at the therapists office or before they go?)
(I was thinking afterwards?)
Jared grabbed his book and started to read it, trying to focus on the words on the page.
(Sure!)
After an hour or so, he wakes up. Victor rubbed his eyes and glances over at Jared. "What time do we need to leave?" He asks softly.
Jared looked up, blinking. "Hm? Oh. Uhm. Probably soon, actually." he got up to get ready to go. "You want any food before we go?"
He stood slowly and shook his head. "No, I'm alright, thank you." He mutters softly, a small smile gracing his lips. "What about you? Are you hungry at all?"
"Okay. And…not really." Jared knew he should probably eat, but his body had grown so used to starvation rations that even though it had been a while since he came back, he still couldn't eat three meals a day without nearly throwing up.
Viktor nods before adjusting his jacket and offering his hand to help Jared up and out of his seat. "Let's get going then. Do you want me to drive?" he asks kindly.
Jared took Viktor's hand, standing and letting go. "Yeah. Uhm…sure." he replied. "I'll set the GPS for the therapist's place." he replied.
(Do we want to do a time skip?
(sure! Do you want to handle it, or should I?)
(yup! To after the therapist, right?)
(alright!)
Jared came out of the therapist's office, rubbing his eyes and looking over at Victor. "I'm, uhm, done." he said quietly, offering up a tiny smile.
Victor was waiting patiently, not even moving a muscle. He looks up and offers a kind smile. "Welcome back." He coos softly, standing up and placing his hands in his pocket. "Ready to go?"
Jared nodded a little bit. "Yeah. I'm ready." he replied, taking a deep breath and steadying himself. He was always a little bit shaky after a therapy appointment.
He smiled a bit and begins to guide him out of the therapists office. He hummed before he took a deep breath and glances around the area.
Jared ran his hands through his hair, looking over at Victor and following him out. "Sorry for making you wait for so long."
"You didn't make me wait for to long." He hums happily as he stands beside the other, his body relaxed and filled with ease.
He shrugged a little, heading out to the car. "Alright. Still."
(uh…I was thinking more along the lines of second kidnapping attempt; he's not quite important enough for assassination)
(Okie dokie! Would you mind giving the prompt?)
(I definitely can, but did you want it to happen right now or just soon?)
(Let's do it once they get home?)
