Matrix sighs and drops head first to the ground. He yawns and lays back with his back against the tree trunk. He scratches his nose and tries to doze off but doesnt quite again

The room felt stuffy, and Corbin opened a window in the kitchen. He took his plate and sat down at the kitchen table, tilting his head so it could rest against his palm. He stared down at his food, then around the room

Matrix notices the window open and he looks around for a rock. He finds a good sized one and tosses it right through the widow. It crashes on the table, creating dents and scratches on the surface. Matrix quickly ducks behind a tree but however tries to see him can clearly see the glowing light from the tree

Corbin flinched when a rock suddenly hit the table. He pushed to his feet, limping over to the window. He looked out of it for a moment before shutting it after seeing no one there.

Matrix peeks his head out from the side of the tree. He puffs out his cheeks and shrugs. He silently sits back down at the base of the tree and closes his eyes. Demons with his condition can't really sleep due to heightened senses and what not

Corbin sat back at the kitchen table, continuing to eat his food. Orion gave a whine, and Corbin cut a small piece of grilled chicken from his food and gave it to Orion.

Matrix sighs in exasperation as his senses pick up almost every move from the shadows of the forest

Corbin continued to eat, getting up to get a drink after a moment. He looked through his fridge, eventually pulling out a bottle of bourbon.

Matrix closes his eyes again but his ears twitch non-stop. He even heard the opening of a bottle inside the house

Corbin poured a bit of the strong alcohol into a glass before bringing it to his lips and tipping it back. He cleared his throat as he winced, the drink burning as it went down his throat.

Matrix's eyes shoot open as he catches the faintest whiff of alcohol. He hisses and crosses his arms and ankles, "Huh… Stupid…"

Corbin took the bottle and glass back over to the table, taking a seat again. He took another bite of his food, looking down at his plate for a moment. He had barely eaten any of it, but he already felt full. He gave another small piece of chicken to Orion before getting to his feet. He took the plate to the counter, wrapping it with foil and putting it into the fridge to save.

Matrix sighs and digs in the dirt at his feet, as far as he could go at the moment. He rolls up to stare at the hole. Though it wasnt deep it was still pitch black. His eyes narrows as he remembers the pits of hell far bellow him

(Um, okay I’ll think of something lol)

Corbin heard Orion whine, and he looked over to see the dog sitting at the back door. He walked over, flicking the small light on that was right outside the door. He opened the door, stepping out into the fenced in backyard as he waited for Orion. He glanced around, squinting into the dark. What was he looking for?

Matrix jerks his head up. His eyes shone through the dark on the forest eerily. They only lit up around his eyes but it was still eerie

Corbin frowned when he thought he saw a pair of eyes. He was just seeing things, they were probably lights from a nearby house or something. He forced himself to look away, but couldn’t shake off the feeling that he was being watched.

Matrix pauses for a moment then grins mischievously. He arcs his back which seems to grow so thin that the spine was visible. His nose and mouth elongate into fangs and sharp teeth. He starts to creep forward on all fours. His fingers had grown out into jagged claws. His horns didnt change and his pants rip as a long, barbed tail swishes from his lower back

Corbin ran a hand through his hair, huffing softly. Orion padded back to the door, looking back out into the yard and growling with his teeth bared. Sure, Orion was only a service dog, but he was a guard dog. He frowned, thinking that it must just be some wild animal, and he let Orion inside.

Matrix skirted to one side of the building. He reaches up the wall of the house and with his claws, scraped down it. It created four long gash marks and a horrible/scary sound. He then ran just outside the light of the door

Orion began to bark once Corbin shut the door, and he jerked around to peer out. He frowned, flicking off the light. He was just seeing and hearing things. It was probably just because of the alcohol, everything was fine. Orion sat in front of the door, a deep growl coming from the back of his throat. “Everything is okay, Orion..” he said softly, giving the dog a pat before walking to his bedroom.

Matrix skirts around the house to a window. He forces it open and crawls in spider-wise. His tail flicks up and the barb taps loudly on the glass then claws down the glass. His talons creating large gashes in the glass. (It's in Corban's room)

Corbin walked into his bedroom, startled to see claw marks on the window and some sort of creature. “What the fuck?” He exclaimed, stumbling back a bit. He looked at the creature, and after a moment his eyes were filled with realization. “Matrix, what the fuck are you doing?” He snapped.

Matrix roars with his new snout and dashes quickly into the bathroom, barricading himself inside, "Didnt you say you wanted to shoot me if I ever came back?!" His voice was distorted due to the snoust and his modified condition

“Jesus fuck, what is your deal?! Are you suicidal or some shit?” Corbin exclaimed, moving to sit on the edge of his bed. This was absolutely ridiculous.

"Nah. My plan backfired!" He barks back. His body goes back to normal but his tail stays. It sways from side to side gracefully as he presses his head to the door of the bathroom. His horns prevent him from putting his ear to the door
