Alistair turned an even brighter red (if that's possible) and ducked his head, but he couldn't help the grin that broke out over his face when Chase kissed him and called him adorable.
There was a small click and Alistair glanced up at Kendall.
"You two are soooo cute!" she sighed. "This picture is definitely going on the customer wall."
Chase looked back at Kendall, “You just took a photo of us?” Not many people had ever wanted to take a photo of Chase, and his face got a shade of red to match Alistair.
Alistair turned and buried his face in Chase's shoulder, his breath fanning on Chase's neck.
"How could I not? You two are just about the cutest couple ever!" Kendall exclaimed, grinning at them. "Anyway, guess I oughtta do my job. So, what can I get you two cuties to drink?"
“I’ll take a water I think,” Chase said, tilting his head on top of Alistair, “What do you want, babe?” He liked calling Alistair ‘babe’, it was just really cute.
"Orange juice, please," Alistair muttered from his rest on Chase's shoulder. He liked being called babe, it made him feel warm and fuzzy.
I could definitely get used to pet names…
As Kendall walked away, he lightly kissed the spot where Chase's neck and shoulder connected.
"So, whatcha gonna order for breakfast?"
“I dunno, darling,” Chase purred the ‘darling’ part. He really liked Alistair kissing him, “Maybe a breakfast sandwich, what about you?”
Alistair subtly kissed up Chase's neck a little more, grateful for the booth in the back and the lack of patrons in the diner. "I'm thinking an omelet," him hummed against Chase's skin. "Or possibly pancakes. Or both. What do you think, love?" he asked, kissing the spot under Chase's ear.
Chase hummed pleasingly, “Maybe the omelet,” He tilted his head so Alistair could get a better angle, “I’ll share my sandwich if you share yours…?”
"Sounds good to me," Alistair murmured against Chase's skin as he slowly kissed back down his neck, then up again, flicking his tongue against the sensitive skin under Chase's jaw. "I guess we'll have to wait until Kendall gets back."
Chase leaned in, murmuring, “I guess we’ll just have to wait…” A tiny shiver went up his spine as he closed his eyes and just enjoyed being with Alistair. Chase’s body pressed flush against Alistair, savoring the warmth.
"Doesn't sound too bad, does it, love?" Alistair hummed against his skin, again kissing the place where Chase's neck and shoulder met before gently sucking on the same spot.
Chase barely held in the moan. They were in public… Chase’s hand found Alistair’s and he started rubbing circles on it with his thumb as he drawled, “Doesn’t sound bad at all, darling…”
Alistair chuckled, glancing at Chase through his lashes. "I'm glad… who knows, it could take her a while."
He ever-so-slowly kissed a bit further up Chase's neck, sometimes flicking it with his tongue, before settling on one spot and sucking for a moment, then nibbling it softly.
That's going to leave a mark…
Chase couldn’t stop the moan that escaped his lips this time. Chase turned, pushing Alistair against the side of the booth before basically laying on him, his head in the spot between Alistair’s neck and shoulder. Chase purred, “My turn…” He started his parade of kisses, then copied what Alistair has done to him.
Alistair's breathing quickened, and he did his very best to hold in any sound and was nearly successful. But when Chase sucked that one spot… Alistair moaned softly, "Mmmmmm, Chase… babe…" He knew both of their necks would surely be full of love marks before the day was through. An idea he was not at all opposed to, in fact, he quite liked the idea of leaving his mark on Chase's soft skin.
Just as Chase was about to kiss Alistair again, he heard an all too familiar, sneering voice, “Quit it with the PDA, Gay-man.” Chase shrunk, withdrawing from Alistair, when Kemp stopped by with a frown. Chase didn’t meet the guy’s eyes, nor did he look a his boyfriend’s, fixing his gaze to the ground.
Alistair squeezed Chase's hand as he leveled a stare at Kemp. "What, are you jealous, Kemp?" he said with mock pity. "Too lonely for your own good?"
Kemp rolled his eyes, “I’m actually not a freak, I have a girlfriend.”
(Just to clarify, LGBT+ community is not ‘freaks’ and I support all gay/bi/pan/et cetera people, Kemp is just a jerk and a homophobe!)
Chase slowly looked up at Kemp with an annoyed, or maybe even sad, look as he said, “Can’t you just please leave us alone?”
Kemp waved a hand and said snarkily, “Can’t you just leave this café? I don’t want to see that while I’m eating.”
Suddenly Kendall appeared behind Kemp, as if out of nowhere, the owner, a lovely older woman by the name of May, at her side. Remaining unnoticed by Kemp, she held a finger to her lips.
Alistair smirked. "Your girlfriend must be one of the nicest people on the planet if she's willing to put up with you," he turned to Chase. "I wouldn't wanna date this guy for anything, would you?"
“No,” Chase agreed, just having Alistair there was a confidence booster, so Chase kissed him on the cheek, “Besides, there’s nothing anyone could ever do to make me leave you, love.”
Kemp scrunched up his face, “That is the most disgusting, wretched thing I have ever seen from two freaks. I’ve lost my appetite because of you,” Kemp spat on the floor next to them.
(Got to get to bed, see you later :)
May Willis chose this moment to clear her throat loudly, a loathsome expression on her face. "Young man, did you just spit on my floors?" she asked incredulously, glaring at Kemp. "Why in heaven's name would you spit indoors? If you have an excess amount of saliva, take it outside."
She tapped her foot, arms crossed, waiting for an answer. Alistair and Kendall were both smirking, both having experienced Miss May's wrath in the past.
Kemp raised his eyebrows, “So you’ll let these two freaks be disgusting in your cafe but not a little spit, old hag. You just lost a customer,” And Kemp stormed out, not bothering to apologize for the spit.
A small smile appeared on Chase’s face as the door shut and he wrapped his arm around Alistair’s, “That’s better.”
