(I’m not opposed you you being the queen, Though I would prefer you being one or more of the girls instead, it’s up to you though :) I don’t mind either way)
(I don't think I'm online often enough to be one of the girls without killing the RP, the Idea of being the Queen is I don't need to be active very much but still get to participate)
(I mean the rp kinda died but is being revived.)
(Yess, I loved the Queen so much in the original books! It'll be fun to have a person playing her! (are we gonna start soon sorry I'm so hecking annoying I just really like the Selection and oh stars you can ignore me now)
(Alrighty :) you can be the Queen, just take a look at what my dude looks like if you’re going to fill out a template for her so they don’t look like they’re not family, and yes, I can put another starter up so we can revive this but I’m going to wait until tomorrow morning in my time (I’m exhausted))
Name: Lillian Alderidge
Nickname (If any): Dearest Mother the greatest queen ever known to grace this world (Only to be used in times of great need )

Sexuality: Straight
Appearance: Long Raven hair streaked with silvery grey, laughing brown eye's with the beginnings of crows feet, 5'11, slender but strangely strong, she did raise a rather fine looking young man if she does say so herself. Despite the streaks of grey in her hair and the worry lines etched into her forehead she has a youthful bounce in her step. she keeps her wardrobe simple and sensible if she's not meeting with visiting officials.
Personality: Talin's and his stubborn habit of skipping classes is often blamed on his mother and her stubbornness, she throws royal practices out the window to in her words, 'Live a real life'. The press seems to be in love with her rebellious streak, covering stories where she has been caught stealing out of the palace with her 6 year old son because quote, "He's a child Lonn don't bore him with politics! " she is known for sassing the King into falling in love with her during the last selection, her appearances in the press during the event were often brief telling the reporters that if the prince weren't so dang cute she wouldn't have given his sorry self a chance before being quickly ushered away. This sass and bluntness is eventually what made the king fall for her in the end. Lillian has learned to balance the life of a ruler and Wife with that of a mother, she absolutely adores her son but will not hesitate to wack him on the head and tell him he's being "Darn right Stupid…don't tell my old tutors I said that ".
Background (Optional): Lillian entered the Selection at the age of 19, she grew up in the castle and around the current king her now husband because her father worked in the stables (I forgot witch Cast this would be sorry). Lillian was put in charge of the then princes horse and wouldn't hesitate to wrestle him to the ground if he worked the Horse to hard regardless of his title. As such the two grew up pretty close and were already romantically interested in one another before the selection. From there she even further stole Prince Lonn's heart with her witty remarks and it helped that the prince new that at heart she was a sweat girl who just wanted him to be happy. After the wedding she traveled around the kingdom earning her peoples loyalty, love and trust. She had Talin when she was 21 and calls him the greatest reason to stop traveling ever. She refused to let him be raised by nannies and nurses kept his cradle in her room and when he was old enough frequently whisked out of the castle with him in tow to show her son what the world looked like or was caught trying.

Father: Aaron Wood (Died around 5 years ago)
Mother: Nessa Wood (Died in child birth)
Other: She really likes cats and has her own extremely fluffy black cat called Tika. Loves horses because she grew up around them. Really loves her husband and son, would die and/or Kill for them.
(Your character is awesome @Relsey!!! And I’ll post again in a few minutes to get this thing moving once again!)
Talin shook his head when he started overthinking what his life was now going to be like, silently telling himself to just calm down and go do something fun until dinner, when he would formally meet the princesses. With his own advice in his head, he turned and headed for the garden, the one place he could be alone for more than a few minutes.
Jade was bored. She wanted to work on her bike but nooo cause aparently fine ladies didn't do that. Aparently fine ladies didn't wear gloves either. Or had an armyknife hidden in their pocket. It seemed to be an incredibly boring life to be a fine lady.
Beatriz sat quietly in a corner, scribbling something in a notebook. She muttered something to herself before erasing half of her page and starting over again. That's stupid. No one wants to read that, she shook her head at herself.
Queen Lillian looked out of the window in her study catching a glimpse of her son in the garden down below, she looked back down at the paper work she was supposed to be reading through and signing then back to the window. Her kingdom or her son, she contemplated for a few moments more before skimming through the last part of the paper work signing on the line with a flourish and slipping out of her office. A light smile tugged on the edges of her lips, after a quick stop at the kitchens she headed out into the garden in search of Talin. Did he probably want alone time, yes, but no one said no to cookies.
Jasmine hummed to herself as she wandered through the halls of the palace, highly considering once again going for a walk in the gardens. She was still a bit wary after getting lost though, despite a guard assuring her that it was fairly easy to navigate once you knew how, and then proceeding to tell her how. They were still larger than any gardens she'd been in before, and she had a history of getting lost constantly.
Jade sneaked through the halls. She didn't know if she was allowed to do this or not. As she got to the door she had entered through earlier, she knocked it from the inside. After a couple of seconds a guard's face apeared through the now open door. It was they same guy as earlier, a blond dude with blue eyes and sharp features.
"Hey. Um, am I allowed to leave the palace?"
"Preferably not, miss." He tilted his head, looking at her.
"But you wouldn't stop me if I tried?"
"No, miss."
"Okay." She took a step out the door. "Will you let me back in later?"
A heavy sigh from the guard. "I guess so, miss."
Jade almost bounced happily for a second before walking out of the castle. A couple of meters away she turned around. "Hey, lifesaver," she yelled to the guard. "What's your name?"
She could see a tiny smile as the boy answered. "Marcus, miss."
Jade nodded. "Marcus. I'll remember that." Then she left, heading out to her awaiting motorbike.
After a few minutes of bickering with the guards, Talin finally managed to walk into the gardens without being trailed by five guards. He didn’t mind the ones positioned around the outside of the gardens though, trying to think of them as just statues as he wandered to one of the benches under his favorite tree -a giant oak with big branches close enough to the ground to climb.
Zaera had decided to wander around the palace. She eventually found herself in the gardens. The girl was no stranger to acting poised and keeping her head low for a little while. The others would surely be trying to stand out, and she would do so when the time was right.
(Everyone's heading to the garden toward Talin and then we have Jade who only cares about her freaking bike lol)
((Lmao, Jasmine's torn between the gardens, because she adores flowers, or wherever she can get food))
(Lol, I’m quite interested to see how this garden thing is going to turn out actually, Talin is there, the queen is heading out there, and several princesses, this may be interesting.)
Once he was fairly certain most of the guards had turned their attention away from him, the prince looked up at the tree. It had used to be his hideaway from the royal world and the duties that came with it and now, he was considering climbing he tree again before this whole drama filled selection was supposed to start. Shrugging, he stood up and slipped off his shoes and socks, knowing he would be in deep trouble if he got them scuffed up climbing. Talon smiled at the tree and made his way to it, reaching up and hoisting himself easily onto the first branch. Then the second. And soon he was hidden among the branches.
Beatriz's frustration was making her uncomfortably warm. She opened the window… and promptly almost fell out of it. She hung from the edge, and, in the act of pulling herself back in, she fell, crashing into a bush. You would be the one to do this. Stupid idiot. She growled in frustration before realizing her ankle felt like it was on fire. How am I supposed to walk in heels now?! She attempted to walk normally, but immediately stumbled and caught herself on the wall. I'm going to lose. I'm going to be the first to go.
Queen Lillian walked down the familiar paths stopping at a large tree, " I have food." She held up a bag from witch the sweet aroma of warm baked treats could be smelled. She looked at the tree for a moment before sighing, " I'm getting to old to be climbing tree's and I can't eat all of these by myself you know." She plopped down on the closest bench and opened the bag, "It would be a pity to let all of these go to waste, they're calling to me, If only there were someone hidden in a near by tree to rescue me from the powerful pull of cookies and brownies and…" The Queen opened the bag wider her eye's twinkling, "You know what, this hero doesn't need to save me from the call of the lemon bars."
Talin couldn’t help but chuckled at the sound of his mother talking and he smiled, shimming down a few branches and looking at the basket of treats. “You keep as many of those lemon bars as you want, I may have to just sample those brownies though,” he said, as he got to the bottom branch and rested back against the tree, “This hero is hungry, and I may be able to rescue you from the call of amazing brownies.”
Queen Lillian grabbed a lemon bar from her basket, " Oh your here son I had NooOOoo idea," She said jokingly, "But please help yourself to the brownies." She sat the basket down next to her and munched on a lemon bar, "I keep meaning to give the desert chef a raise, I should really do that." she took another bite, "Your father wouldn't approve though I think that's why I haven't done it yet." She finished off the first square of greatness and reached for another, "So, escaping one last time before your stuck with a bunch of beautiful woman throwing themselves at your feet?"
“I don’t think dad would even notice if you gave everyone a raise,” He replied, jumping down from the tree gracefully and sitting next to his mother and the delicious smelling basket of treats, “He’s too busy dealing with troops and treaties and whatnot.” Picking up two brownies from the basket, he started eating with a smile, “And yes, I am trying to escape, but more from the drama and cameras that come with the selection than girls.”
Lillian paused to shove an entire lemon bar into her mouth and swallow before replying, "I never had that problem Your grandparents did there best to keep me away from the camera's I was 'To blunt' apparently." she grabbed another lemon bar, "So I'm sorry your fathers probably more able to relate on this one." She placed a hand on his shoulder, "But hey, If you want to escape My study is always open you know, don't hesitate to interrupt lord this and that complaining about who knows what." she paused then rephrased, "Actually please interrupt lord this and that, I can only handle so many of them on one day before I can't."
